Would love to hear from you. What strategy worked well for you? Did you have any trouble implementing any? Are things that you are anxious about that you are struggling to apply any of these ideas to? Let us know...

Howard, I have nothing but to thank you endlessly. Today, as I woke up, I fell right back into the same pattern of hyper fixation on my breathing and air hunger. I watched your videos, and have already started training my brain to understand that this is anxiety and nothing more. I've had panic disorder as a trauma response ever since I was 10 years old. I'm 28 years old now, and the first time I developed weeks of air hunger was just last month. After multiple ER visits, CT scan, X rays, Blood tests.. You name it, I'm fine and they told me I have anxiety. So, your videos helped me insanely. This is only day 1 of your re-breathing training and it's working so far. Mostly, when I stop FIXATING on the breathing, paired with Co2 tolerance, it's helped already. Dude Ican't thank you enough for these. It really helped me out in times of intense, intense stress and fear, that seemed to come out of nowhere. This is only the beginning of training for me but thank you for helping me through this. One of the darkest times of my life. Peace and love!

Exactly the same. Fixation on breathing, not being able to stop manually breathing….yawning, trying to get that satisfying breath…
Deep down i know it’s anxiety, but it feels SO real, that ‘this time it’s different’…
But remember, this has been happening for 15 plus years. We’ll be fine.

The fact that it's so rooted in me that I don't feel any threat when it comes to whatever makes me anxious, I just start suffocating because of the air hunger anxiety has caused. I might be very confident and outgoing and talkative but start suffocating...

It really helped to pause the video inbetween tips to ask myself the same questions and try each physiological change to deescaltae my own thoughts and invite calmness and more logical thoughts in to work with the not so calm and logical ones. I was experiencing overwhelm as a result of feeling the need to do multiple tasks/respond to several things and not knowing how and getting into the "I'm a failure/cant cope/dont have the time and tools to handle this!" mindset. Although apprehensive, now those tasks feel more approachable and I feel a bit more collected and confident to proceed with the day now I've taken the time to ask myself what it actually is that's bothering me and challenging those thoughts whilst slowing them down. Thank you!

@@anxietybeatinghacks thanks, I've watched that a while ago. So I'm going through your videos as I'm finding them to help me out with my air hunger/sigh syndrome/psychological dyspnea whatever it's called as. I've been going through episodes of anxiety and panic attacks since Dec'21, thankfully I haven't had a full blown panic attack past 4 months. I've been taking pyscho therapy which has helped, but unable to get over my breathing issue. So I'm going to try your methods and see how I feel in a week's time.

Also, the video on BREAKING THE ANXIETY LOOP ruclips.net/video/86pC7ABuJu0/видео.html might help too. I suspect you have some helpful information here, but your presentation style makes me feel I am back at school so I find it very hard to watch. Is this your natural style or are you trying to reach a group of people who need this level of intensity to stay focused?
