I finally sat down to educate myself about growing mushrooms. I randomly chose this video out of the several that came up. My belief about growing mushrooms on coffee grounds has been tossed out the window! But this overview offered a great understanding of the life cycle Of mushrooms and the goals of a grower.
It’s amazing how hard it is grow wanted mushroom but the unwanted strains grow in the lawn and on trees just fine.
Honestly, I was able to survive depression, also my strong addiction to illicit drugs over three years which could have been medically dangerous to quit, all thanks to Psilocybin mushrooms

Back in the day I made a glove box out of an old TV and grew cubensis, mattias romero, and super cyan. Amazing and rewarding educational and consciousness expanding project. Now working on water and soil remediation project in Belize using mycelium by-products. Shrooms can save the world.

Tony, I absolutely love your videos. You make things simple to understand and put everything in layman‘s terms. I would say I am a beginner to intermediate mushroom grower. I still have much to learn. I like how you virtually throw the words around with your hands. Sometimes squeezing the words or stretching them. It makes your videos entertaining while giving valuable information at the same time. I would suggest/request that you incorporate more of these special effects into your videos. I know it is time consuming to do such things, but I think you will see your audience grow exponentially. Your newest fan and student! Cheers! Namaste!
The fun part of mushroom cultivating is that the compost can be used for beetle larvae rearing, making it not being dumped and forgotten, but can also be used for further hobbies

Thanks, this helped me a lot to understand how the process is made all over again. Trying to grow Oyster mushrooms. I put them 6.10 and I still have not produced any mushrooms but seems like I have to wait another week, as growing time is usually 2-4 weeks if I have read everything correctly.

Great video and really appreciate the whole steps together. I wonder how important the agar stage is in learning as I have tried to inoculate sterile grain (masters mix) with Lions mane spore syringe but it's been 16 days now and nothing showing. Not sure how long it takes, and would the agar process speed things up as well as insuring less contamination.
