Fun fact: the reason why Ben and Jerry’s ice cream has so many add-ins is that Ben of Ben and Jerry’s is unable to smell or taste. To be able to enjoy ice cream, he relies on mouthfeel and texture, which is why they started adding things that provide textural sensation.

You can find lab coats for $10 online, they are probably not fit for lab use but good enough to use as a realistic prop

I actually used to work at the factory where they got the brownie batter stuff made (as well as some other Ben & Jerry's toppings). It didn't have any flour from what I remember. It might have had eggs, but I don't remember for sure.
One time a lady I worked with took some of it home, mixed it with flour, and made brownies with it and it turned out pretty good.
If I still worked there I could send you a big quart container of it lol.

Fun Fact! Ben and Jerry's ice cream usually has multiple textures because Ben had a rare sinus condition from birth called anosmia rendering him unable to taste most and he also wasnt able to smell much either!. They made sure to make the ice cream taste good and have an interesting mouth feel!
