Been using Hiren’s Boot, and this seems interesting too. Im downloading it now and will give it a try, mainly because it has HDD Regenerator and Ghost 11.5

Brian, I've been using Strelec's tool for year, I'm afraid too much publicity will get the creators website taken down. Certain stuff should be kept quite in my opinion.

Hi there, this was a neat guide, but could you do a guide on SYSTEM RESCUE based on Arch Linux, previously based on Debian. I use this one mainly because I have Arch-based systems, so I utilize chroot quite often. But apart from it, it contains a lot of useful tools that one can use to repair windows as well.
Instructive video, actually the good news is that Build 19042.870 improves the boot-time in a fantastic way.

I cannot download this from the site that is posted on the Britec website........I went to the site and I get a version that is part Russian (Cyrillic) text and part English and Google Translate is of no help in translating it. I am clicking on various things that resemble a possible download button but nothing happens.
I tried to provided the link from the site since so many are asking for it in the comments, but it seems to be frowned upon ... SORRY EVERYONE, so much for making it easier 😕

RUclips has started blocking URL links lately Brian, that's what I'm complaining about, you can't help anyone these days with a simple link. I know there is a creators option in the YT studio that the owner can turn on & off but even that off YT still seems to block simple URL posts. 🤪
After I downloaded the Sergei Strelec ISO, every anti-virus program that I used to scan it showed me it packed with a *huge* amount of viruses.
Medicat on the other hand didn't raise any major red flags on most of the anti-viruses I used.
How can I presume it's safe to use?
The nature of these will always have some flags, including Medicat. How can I presume it's safe to use? build your own like me.

My (2012) PC's BIOS doesn't have a 'boot from USB option'. Is it possible to somehow use this USB Toolkit without possibly bricking my PC with a BIOS update?
You could always burn the ISO to a DVD-R and run it from that.
@@bitemykrank1970 True, but the only downside is as Brian said, the software is often updated and the DVDs are not reusable. I was just wondering if there was a way to fake out the BIOS. Thanks for your reply.
That would have been a handy toolkit IF it could be downloaded. Had to translate to English but nothing would work or download. Searched all over the Sergei site.

I guess we don't have the same meaning of WON'T BOOT because for me it means nothing happens when you press power, if you see you're BIOS screen then it boots.
I think you can reset it
Bios is before boot
I guess people have a different saying in my part of the world, 1- Won't boot = PC will not start 2- Windows won't load = boots but Windows won't start. Just forget what I said then.

With internet and a brain, you should be able to figure it out....
This stuff is only great if you're a level 10 Grand Wizard, a Dark Lord of the Sith or Voodoo doer. 😁
But it's nice to know it's there.
I prefer Parted Magic to be honest. It's not free, but I am happy to pay the price, it's not expensive.
This video is not really what's best, its just a review. Yes, Parted Magic is very good, but limited.
