For me these workouts are so much more effective because they are short and give me the motivation to push through it and do it properly rather than give and then I’ll do another 2 or 3. You are so motivating so thank you X❤️❤️

I’m sticking to Bailey now. I felt the burn in my lower abs literally only 2 minutes in 😅 compared to the 10min ones I used to do this feels more effective and I’m more motivated to do it because the workout is short but superrr effective 💕

Idk the exact answer, but just from experience I started out doing maybe 4 or 5 of these five minute ab burn workouts a day and started seeing results pretty fast. Now I do several of these plus a 10 minute and a 15 minute ab workout and the results are much more evident, but either way you should see results from my experience

hello I am just looking at that workout and I have to say it is really good my belly is really burning and I think that is so good I only have a question how many times do you have to do that if you want abs? I have a small belly so yes I would like abs as soon as possible xx
Do you guys have a routine? Like certain days you work on certain body parts? Do you incorporate other workouts on to your routine? Looking for advice to build a regualr workout routine. I would like to work out and do yoga everyday even with a somewhat busy schedule
Well, I try to do HIIT classes everyday weather at crossfit or at home bc its the most effective for burning fat, then I do these five min ab burns and 5 min hip dip workoiuts, arm toning and other toning work out to really strengthen and tone my muscles. And then I have one day a week where I do a heavy day and lift weights like with barbells and everything. Haha kinda all over the place but I lost 70lbs so I hope this helped you at least a little bit:)
Ill be doing this for a week!! Ill update daily 🤍 Day 1: DONE my Ab muscles are so sore and i felt the burn. I can tell i will have good results already Day 2: DONE Today wad so much harder and i felt the burn a little bit later but the burn was worse! I think it has to do with my muscles already being sore

Have you tried including stretching into your daily routine? There are some great (short) stretching routines on youtube that will really help you increase your flexibility, especially in the hip area. Hope this helps!

Hi Donna yep its a tough workout. Just take it at your own pace and slowly build that strength. Core strength takes a while to build up!

Do you guys have a routine? Like certain days you work on certain body parts? Do you incorporate other workouts on to your routine? Looking for advice to build a regualr workout routine. I would like to work out and do yoga everyday even with a somewhat busy schedule
Well, I try to do HIIT classes everyday weather at crossfit or at home bc its the most effective for burning fat, then I do these five min ab burns and 5 min hip dip workoiuts, arm toning and other toning work out to really strengthen and tone my muscles. And then I have one day a week where I do a heavy day and lift weights like with barbells and everything. Haha kinda all over the place but I lost 70lbs so I hope this helped you at least a little bit:)

Love these videos!! Quick question: when the diamond formation leg lifts happened my hips were cracking and popping and making ungodly sounds. Any tips or advice to fix that?
Have you tried including stretching into your daily routine? There are some great (short) stretching routines on youtube that will really help you increase your flexibility, especially in the hip area. Hope this helps!
E J B Yes! I use to swim so I always stretch before and after a work out.
