    For me these workouts are so much more effective because they are short and give me the motivation to push through it and do it properly rather than give and then I’ll do another 2 or 3. You are so motivating so thank you X❤️❤️

      @@jazmindelgadillo5963 yes but I did this work out 2-3 times a day and dranked alot of water and green tea. I also go on jogs for 5 minutes. I don't eat too healthy I just portion my food

    I’m sticking to Bailey now. I felt the burn in my lower abs literally only 2 minutes in 😅 compared to the 10min ones I used to do this feels more effective and I’m more motivated to do it because the workout is short but superrr effective 💕

    Your workouts are so effective I have done to chloe ting 2 week shred and didn’t see any result and I have been doing your 5 min workouts everyday for a week and have already lost 4 pounds ❤️ would recommend this to everyone

    Hi Bailey! I need to tell you how much your videos mean to me and how amazing you are. Your videos are helping me overcome the difficult months I'm going through. I'm recovering from anorexia, anxiety and depression. However, your positivity and your motivation are really helping me. You have taught me that food should be my friend and not my enemy, that you can eat delicious food and still be healthy, and that workouts should be fun and make you feel better. For a while I was obsessed with exercising, but now thanks to your workout routines I stick to them and it feels amazing!     did this workout for the second time today (i last did it two days ago for the first time) and i had to say even if it's only 5 mins it burns. my ab hurts because two days ago i did the workout as well but i am anticipating results! very well done 💖 you deserve growth only in your channel!

    I have always been shy and insecure about my body even though I'm not overweight I'm scared that I'll end up overweight eventually. I do these every morning before school I have about 6 saved and I alternate each morning. You have made me feel so much better about my body and all I have to say is thankyou and I love you 💖

    I do this everyday as well as other workouts and running- and I now have more defined abs so this is definitely very effective! I would recommend this workout for abs as well as doing other exercises❤

    Your workouts are literally God's gift to earth bc I don't have any space in my room even for a yoga mat so all that's left is my big ass bed. This is also amazing bc it's not noisy as hell like I'm having a seizure in bed. My abs and waist look so good rn I'm so happy this looks so unreal I look like my Pinterest board hdbfjdbfjfjfjfjfnf omGggbfbff 💖. I think it's also good to have your subscribers send you their results so you can upload them so others can know how efficient your workouts are 😭💕.

    This is so amazing and quick- i love how you are constantly speaking, ans keeping up the motivation. I hope that this works!
    Day 1 ✅ everything hurts, feels like i've broken some ribs
    Day 2 ✅ it hurts more, but the burn is good
    Day 3 ✅i did a different of yours today, i hurt so much
    Day 4 😥 i forgot, but did do some ab/waist exercises
    Day 5 ✅ it aches, but i do see a slight change
    So um, I gave up from here. And decided that just hating myself was easier.

      Idk the exact answer, but just from experience I started out doing maybe 4 or 5 of these five minute ab burn workouts a day and started seeing results pretty fast. Now I do several of these plus a 10 minute and a 15 minute ab workout and the results are much more evident, but either way you should see results from my experience

    Do you guys have a routine? Like certain days you work on certain body parts? Do you incorporate other workouts on to your routine? Looking for advice to build a regualr workout routine. I would like to work out and do yoga everyday even with a somewhat busy schedule

      Well, I try to do HIIT classes everyday weather at crossfit or at home bc its the most effective for burning fat, then I do these five min ab burns and 5 min hip dip workoiuts, arm toning and other toning work out to really strengthen and tone my muscles. And then I have one day a week where I do a heavy day and lift weights like with barbells and everything. Haha kinda all over the place but I lost 70lbs so I hope this helped you at least a little bit:)

    my Ab muscles are so sore and i felt the burn. I can tell i will have good results already
    Day 2: DONE
    Today wad so much harder and i felt the burn a little bit later but the burn was worse!
    I think it has to do with my muscles already being sore

    I don’t usually comment on stuff like this but I really want to motivate myself and hopefully see results i’ll write my progress here:
    DAY 1: ✅ it was really challenging but so much easier than the other workouts that i tried.

    Love these videos!! Quick question: when the diamond formation leg lifts happened my hips were cracking and popping and making ungodly sounds. Any tips or advice to fix that?

      Have you tried including stretching into your daily routine? There are some great (short) stretching routines on youtube that will really help you increase your flexibility, especially in the hip area. Hope this helps!

      E J B Yes! I use to swim so I always stretch before and after a work out.

    Trying this workout, one of my most hated insecurities of mine is my belly i always try to hide it ..I rlly want to have a skinny belly so I decided to try this workout! (BTW its my first workout video I'm doing )
    Day 1 : it wass soo painful and hard ..I can't feel my neck rn lmao but I did it ..for now no result ofc ✅
