      Think about it this way: everyone has a chance of getting cancer in their lifetime a 50% chance at that. Fear shouldn’t stop anyone from living. And the kids will live for as long as they were meant to be and they will serve their purpose. You are dealing with Mormons you won’t understand them until you understand God fully. His will will be done whether you like it or not. You don’t have to be Mormon to understand them you just have to be God fearing and if you’re not Mormon you really won’t be God fearing until you deal with sh*t that will make you know there’s a higher power up there. It’s not by our will but by God’s will

    I feel like she is sincere about how she feels but she did this to herself. This is a problem she created whilst knowing that her husband was dying of cancer. This woman has issues she needs to fix ASAP and actually learn how to parent and care for her children. She may be partly doing that now but she shows no empathy towards her children and only cares about what she wants and that’s very selfish.

The way they felt with it was ever since I could understand what they where saying they would tell me what was wrong and reassure me that that’s just the way I am and it’s just like a characteristic it dosent make that different from the other kids and that worked really well because I was always dealing with it not all of the sudden I get told them truth

    I have one when I was 13 and it scared the hell out of me, but I think the difference is these kids are prepared, they know what to expect and a parent was there for them. I had no parent, a rude porter who was disciplined after my parents complained brought me down ,,, I didnt know what to expect - this was 1995. Times have changed but ill be honest I had one a few yrs ago and It still stresses me out. I think these children are fantastic.

    It's more than just the kids getting cancer even, once the kids grow up they will have to consider whether it is right for themselves to have children. They may miss out on having biological children due to not wanting to pass it down which is not fair either. It's one thing having kids when you don't know about the gene but to continue having children after IS selfish.

      @@Jerseyboondocks she could have done IVF, then embryonic selection to only choose the embryos without the gene, then frozen the safe ones for later...its expensive but honestly isnt an MRI for 4 kids every year also expensive? And cancer treatment is even more expensive and the burden goes onto the kids afflicted. If she truly wanted the burden to have been on her, she and her husband would have taken the financial burden before having more kids instead of risking it and allowing the kids to undertake the physical and emotional(as well as financial if they get cancer as adults) burden. Also who has more kids knowing their father isnt going to be there for them because he is dying? Like it was clear he was dying it wasnt an accident or a disease that came after the 7 kids, she set those kids up for turmoil and its unfair.

    • @vianjelos
      @vianjelos 3 года назад +3

      No its stops being her choice when it affects an entierly different person. She doesnt have to worrt about dying from this disease, the kids do. It wasnt her choice to make to set these kids up for a life of worry and pain. There are ways now a days to select healthy embryos to ensure they dont have any of these deadly diseases she could have done that. She didnt. She was selfish and thats that. The expense and burden should have been on the parents and now instead its on the kids its wrong plain and simple. Diseases like this is the exact reason incest is illegal because the government recognizes its unfair for a child to be concieved with a high chance of having a dibilitating illness or sever deformaties. Its not a choice people are allowed to make in that scenario so how is it right that its a choice she got to make in this one?
