I just love anything that this builder touches. Wow, this is just stunning!!!!!!!!!!!! How unique is this having a pool at the front of the home as soon as you walk in? Such an amazing aesthetic and I love the privacy!
Thank you for your feedback. I enjoyed working with Greg Smith of Monaco Homes on my first conceptual design. I'm a California native, living in Texas for over 20 years. My passion has always been in architectural and interior design. I wanted my first design to be from a home I visited frequently in the Hollywood Hills. Although the footprint of the home is on a much smaller lot & on flatlands (lol), I designed the front of the house to give you the illusion you were overlooking the Mulholland Drive canyon below. The theme of the home is "bringing the outside in," which is why there is wall to wall sliding doors that surround the outdoor living areas and the pool. Greg and I are working on the next design that we will be breaking ground next Spring.

compared to NYC this is a steal. I am moving to Texas. I could buy this home and still have a boat load of cash left over. I would just prefer more seclusion, don't want any neighbors close by.

Hi Louie. Even though I'm a California native, it took me 30 years to finally becoming a Texan. I have a couple of realtors living back home and they too said this was a steal. This could easily go for $8 million dollars in So. California. If you're looking to move to North Texas, contact Donna Eagan, who's the listing agent for my home. Hi Gaspar. It's called Sensible Hue by Sherwin Williams. The product code is SW6198. What's beautiful about this tone of green, is how soft it is in the natural light. At night, it has a slight gloss appearance with all of the canned and pendant lighting on. We painted the Laundry Room the same color and it's truer to the color swatch. It's important to know that we selected it in an Eggshell paint finish for its durability, especially in the Kitchen Island.
Carla Wellbaum it really is I was thinking a light grey for my cabinets to have that same effect but now debating about this color it looks very soft and airy too

Hi Daoud, thank you for the feedback. Hidlago is located in a gated, guarded community. Most homeowners have larger safes that are free-standing either in their primary bedroom closet or in a small closet in an office. Again, this home is located in a gated, guarded community.
