Exquisitely built and crafted by Peckham Custom Builders, this home offers the ultimate in elegance and style, as well as the comfort, convenience, security, and energy efficiency of a Smart Home. It is located in the exclusive guarded and gated community of Normandy Estates and within a short walk to the private neighborhood lake and park with walking trails.
Professionally landscaped and impeccably maintained grounds surrounds this luxurious home and fabulous outdoor living space. A gated and expansive motor court accesses a porte-cochere, two-car garage, and an extra-tall one-car garage built to accommodate a lift for a fourth car.
Entering the home through the double iron doors, the soaring ceiling, beautiful ironwork adorning the stunning staircase, and wood-inlay travertine floor in the Foyer provide an introduction to the timeless and impressive custom elements that flow seamlessly from room to room.
In the Study, solid wood beams create a coffered ceiling, and a stone wall is enhanced with a gas fireplace. A state-of-the-art Kitchen is well-equipped with a commercial-style Wolf 6-burner range with grill, a custom hammered copper Vent-a-Hood, an extra convection oven, warming drawer, a SubZero built-in refrigerator-freezer, two dishwashers, granite countertops, and an incredible leathered finish granite island with a prep sink, and breakfast bar. The nearby Laundry Room holds a second built-in SubZero Refrigerator-Freezer.
Open to the Kitchen is a breakfast area for informal dining and a pub-style wet bar that is accessible to the outdoor living space and the Family Room to serve both large and small gatherings. The Family Room features a cast-stone gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling bay windows showcasing a picturesque view of the spectacular backyard. Designer drapes can be opened and closed remotely to provide privacy when needed.
A coveted first floor Home Theatre is enveloped in sound-absorbing paneled walls, a lighted barrel ceiling, and floor and riser seating space. Wood paneling surrounds the 106” projector screen that is flanked by TV screens.
The secluded Owner’s Retreat offers beautiful views of the backyard and a sitting alcove with a gas fireplace, and a Miele coffee station. An opulent Owner’s Bathroom is crowned with a barrel ceiling and chandelier and outfitted with a partially sunken, self-cleaning jetted tub, tall vanities with travertine countertops, and a steam shower with multiple shower heads and body sprays. A Flex Room adjoins the Owner’s Suite that can be used as an exercise room, second office, a second walk-in closet, or even a baby’s nursery. A first floor Mother-in Law Suite, or Junior Guest Room Suite with an ensuite bath accommodates extended stays.
On the second floor, there are three spacious Bedrooms, two with built-in desks and cabinets and tray (ceilings fitted with ambient cove lighting, and all with walk-in closets and access to Full Bathrooms. There is also a generously sized Game Room with hardwood floors, built-in cabinets, and access to the back staircase. A dedicated Server Room houses the brains of the Control4 Audio-Visual, Lighting, and Security Smart Home System.
Significant engineering and foundation work for concrete side walls went into the design of the incredible basement Wine Cellar. The temperature-controlled wine chiller stores over 800 bottles in numerous formats, with an additional 200 bottles of storage outside the chiller in knotty alder wood cabinets and display shelves. Two Wine Guardian units maintain a consistent temperature of 55 degrees along with 70%+ humidity, with the 2nd unit serving as a backup in case the first unit fails, thereby protecting the wine collection. Furthermore, the Wine Chiller has a custom iron door with a deadbolt lock to secure a valuable collection.
The resort-style backyard offers a 36,000 gallon diving pool, an oversized spa with a fountain, a tanning ledge and numerous sheer descents, along with multiple gathering, entertaining, and sitting areas including a covered patio with motorized screens, a gas fireplace, and 55” Samsung LED TV. The backyard oasis is complete with an outdoor Kitchen which includes a 42” Professional Lynx Grill with infrared burners and rotisserie, custom Vent-a-Hood with wood paneling, Hoshizaki refrigerator, stainless steel cabinets, a custom wood pergola with shutters, a gas fire pit, and a 4-hole putting green - all surrounded by gorgeous landscaping.

I will have this lifestyle in 5+ years. Speaking into existence
This whole house is what I’m saving for. It has everything I want. EVERYTHING!!! The fact that it is custom built is even better.
@Ian Texas doesn't have income tax, property tax makes up for it, and for most rich people that's better. HOA bills are remarkably low in Texas, and bills are low here because natural resources are at a surplus. Don't go about telling people how to spend their hard-earned money, and a house IS a good investment, going up in value, in an area that's very popular at the moment.
Awesome home! Just right, not too large and the backyard area (size) and aesthetics are perfect for my taste.
No
"My Favorite room in the house...the wine cellar" LUSH!
That Living room was very nice.
Love how the study is elevated
I love the game room and TV room
Ceilings are everything 🙌 😍
This home is beautiful.
People keep saying this house is old on the inside it’s just traditional it’s not modern some people like real wood and not particle board cheap everything in the current houses it’s nice
Lol they're complaining and probably can't even afford the monthly expenses let alone the house.
I can see my Stella Rosa wine in there but seriously that's a beautiful house
I love this house
The backyard and the covered patio
The buyer will be staring at a $60k property tax bill each year.
Ouch.
@@georgesalmas4582 In Texas, we don't have income tax, so this is what makes up for it.
Where are all the good interior decorators in Texas? Any house tours (including new show homes) all the designs look 10-20 years old.
It's because they're in the middle of nowhere, all of them are mainly concentrated in Dallas and Austin, where the housing market is the hottest.
I thought it was just me. Right!!
Lowkey best part was that smarthome hub I think they're sick
House interior looks like from the 90s, pass
Although I kinda like it
Her voice and presentation is nice
LOL... The wine cellar is her favorite room of the house? Did she just tell something
about herself?
🤣🤣
😃😉
Lmaoo yup
@Digby Dooright
House gets ripped off the foundation, high winds, loose broken bottles?!?!?! Hmmmmm,
Might be putting yourself in a blender Digby.
@Digby Dooright
Won't be thirsty!!!!😄😇
Beautiful home.. homey home. :))
i like for the study is set up off the stairs
The only catch --- it’s in Plano Texas
Yea
What’s wrong with Plano
@@foreverone_geo Back when I was a kid used to be known for high drug use among teenagers. Not sure how it is now but in the mid and late 90's maybe early 2000's it was bad.
⏪Beautiful Houston Home Tours🎥📸‼️‼️
Beautiful
The brown wood and baseboards makes it look ancient.
Nice putt! Was never missing
Sign me up .... perfect for my retirement.
Why you never show the garage
Hoping to see a beautiful kitchen with copper appliances!
Eh. Not my favorite house but the lady running the tour was great. I wish other realty videos would have a host/ hostess.
Okay......hold-up!?!?!
Am I the only one who thinks that Rosa Collins is a BABE?!?!?!?
Do she come with the house?!😍🥰😇😊😉
Wowwee what would I feel like to
Awake in this place as the owner.?.
The look is so 80’s so dated, so Texas. Imagine the AC bill during the summer....
Maybe past Texas homes, but new builders are building really fantastic modern, stylish homes these days,
Putting Green's gotta go though!
@@StephenKershaw1 I hear ya Stephen
Bellissima 😍
Need to see the house not spurts of the rooms
Just right for Melanoma when she'll leave the WH and Maga-a-Loo ;-)
The inside layout is trash nice stone work though
You didnt show the garage
Thats what we call a "lawyer foyer".
What's the price mam?
Combien coûte cette magnifique propriété ?👍❤️
Texas is full of McMansions like this. I know that some people love these things because they think it is a great way to show off their status, but beware that big ass new houses like this usually have inferior building materials in order to complete it under budget. The front facade looks like a hodgepodge of random windows. Nearly each room has a different floor material because they couldn’t afford to do hardwood throughout. Let’s vault the ceilings cuz why not? The decor is bland and looks like it came from the early 90s. Why does the kitchen have that random granite island that doesn’t match the other countertops at all?
The house is a Frankenstein’s monster. You can spend way less to get a much smaller, nicer house. Bigger isn’t better.
"The home has a country French chateau feel"😂😂😂😂
I’ve never seen a TACKY French chateau.
I do like the stonework throughout the home but a theater room is not a man-cave at all.
How much?
Isn't this Brooklyn and Bailey's house complex??
is this house still for sale?
This looks like a glorified trek home to me! I hate the furnishings, and the outdated wood!
Price??????
The put put part is all lies!!! She didnt make it in they cut and pasted anoth scene of someone else making in for her.
Y so much tho???? U must have to have a big family with all them rooms and bathrooms
These houses are so dry inside
MSJOOTITY of THESE placses hss small baby nursery luxury rooms
300 sqwuare meters are my right size for my 5 childen and I like CRISTAL CHANDELAIRs!!!!!!CHILDREN snd Eldery ARE MY FIRST praiority in LIFE!!!!!!
I hate the wood it’s so... retro
I was born in Texas, but you couldn’t pay me to live there now, especially Plano.
Why not?
Plano is an amazing city to live in DFW. I’m a current resident and this comment highly confuses me. Born? You sound like you don’t even live here now to judge the area. Plano west is the place to be.
What's wrong with Plano? I'm considering it. Please share your experience. Thanks.
@@wudemaya Just more flat, and bland, than other Texas cities, lacks the charm of other major cities, I don't personally dislike it, just wanted to give some reasons as to why some dislike it.
@@alh06 Thank you for sharing. I can see that. I guess it's as normal of a suburb as you can get.
This house is new but it looks so old inside. Imagine buying a house and then having to do a whole house renovation?! There is just too much wood in that house.
So it’s still nice
front yard is soooooooooooooooo small
Once again, money doesn't buy taste, Texas!
Primary suite eh? Too woke to call it the master suite!
This is stone veneer.
Where do the maids sleep? Because I ain't cleaning this monster.
Its in plano plano is not nice
Too bad it’s in Plano Texas
What's wrong with Plano?
This house looks old af inside.
No garage
It has a 3 Cars garage.
1970 style 😒
The outside is very cookie cutter style. No creativity.
over priced.....very normal looking upper end home
