You're not just an outstanding marketer, educator, and realtor, you captured my attention from the moment you started presenting to the end. 💯👍🏽 Thanks for simplifying everything to a total stranger to those communities like me.
Thinking to move Dallas area, specifically Plano or Frisco from California, I am going to travel there soon to check which one we are going to like better to move
Can you provide information on apartments/townhomes with garages? Preferably 1/ study/garage and 2/2/garage under $2,600/Month. Im considering relocating from Arlington, TX and will purchase a home within 2/3 years. 😇😇😇
Can you please elaborate more on what we should anticipate to pay in terms of property tax? We want to relocate to Texas and hear a lot of horror stories of insanely high property taxes… 😬
Awesome and thanks for watching. Plano has rail stations. Frisco does not. Here's more information. www.dart.org/guide/transit-and-use/transit-centers-and-transfer-locations
I get that this video is meant to be a comparison between Plano and Frisco, and to be honest I don't know your viewership total but the narrative of the video seems as if you're putting Frisco on a pedestal and holding Plano to a lower standard. As someone who was raised in Plano I understand that it is not the perfect city. However this is just something to note when trying to get people to move to a new city. I did still enjoy the video and the effort that was put into the market research.
You explaination of the Frisco school system is misleading. One of the reasons Frisco has a higher rating nj is that Frisco has about 12 High Schools, putting them within walking distance for most neighborhoods. Frisco limits each high school to about 2100 students. Plano has fewer public High Schools with a much larger student population

What about...
Apartments?
Demographics?
Common employment industries?
Healthcare systems?
Utilities?
Gas prices?
These should help friscoedc.com/data-and-research/frisco-fact-sheets

You look like my friend LaQuisha Johnson!!! 🙏🏻

Seems like North-DFW is higher in living cost than South-DFW.
Thanks for the comment. Depends on the city.
How different are these cities from San Antonio Tx? Looking for a place to raise my family. We’re new to Texas.

It's going to depend on price of the home. Shoot us a note here so we can learn more about your situation. mcgrawtx.com/email
Figure on about 2-2.5 percent of the home price. $1M home, you're going to be around 20K in property taxes in Frisco.
Frisco is in both Denton and Collin counties
ok
Great video can I find a nice brick house in fresco
Yes you can!
Is Frisco considered a suburb of Dallas?
Yes it is
Hello I’m considering relocating to Plano TX for work. how is the public transportation in Frisco and Plano TX
Awesome and thanks for watching. Plano has rail stations. Frisco does not. Here's more information. www.dart.org/guide/transit-and-use/transit-centers-and-transfer-locations
Fair Park, best place to live in DFW.
ok
Can I find a nice ranch home for $125,000? Relocation is from Midwest
Thanks for commenting. Unfortunately, not for that budget. You can get a fixer upper in some areas of DFW or a condo

You talked about driving a lot. What does public transportation look like? Not everyone drives or will have access to a vehicle.
Plano has access to Dallas’s public transportation.
