Lake Lewisville. Huge manmade lake with some great homes lining the outside of it, water parks 5 miles from Frisco, boat clubs, hidden neighborhoods settled between two No Wake Zones (like having a private section of the lake), restaurants, etc.

Basically you spend 3.5 million to live inside a white box with windows. No matter which room you are in, you can say hi to people on the street or let your neighbors watch you taking shower. You can enjoy gorgeous views of cars zip past while you are in the swimming pool. Love it!

I was starting to think only i thought so too. The schools aren't that great just average and the municipal employees salary do not add up to whats being collected. So where are these high property taxes going? Paying over a thousand a month for taxes AFTER the mortgage is paid off is not cute.
