No, I was told it's just the trails and guard gate. I personally like Windsong Ranch but it's not gated.

I am aware that the homes in this area are custom built, does custom built mean we can design a home however we want or do we have to choose from homes designed by their architect? The reason I asked is because I was watching another video and someone said that they thought they were able to design their new home, but couldn't. Thanks!
