I love how I’m so used to the high prices that I saw this one and I was like “OH, that’s cheap!”
This is a beautiful modern design house. This is the first time I see a modern design house with hugging stairs. I like the living room, dining room, kitchen, and backyard. I like the master bedroom, master closet. The master bathroom is awesome. I would reduce the pool and water feature size in the backyard because I like gardens, trees, and flowers. My backyard is not a resort. In the master bedroom, I will merge the bedroom with the seating area to make my bed face the windows and include the TV in the bedroom.
I really love the house. Absolutely one of my favorite of house tour videos. By the way, I'd love to see the footage of you walk in to the room instead of you suddenly showing up, it helps me to figure out the floorplan and understand the room better. Thank you!!😁

It’s a really nice house. Pool is a little too big, taking over the entire backyard. I host a lot of events so I need more yard space for 5-8 tables.

Edit: I love that you're actually IN the camera and pointing out the little details but I also kind of want to see an in depth tour of these houses. Check out Chakits Krulsawat's tours. He does this really in depth tour and explains everything in detail which is really nice. Something that is kind of lacking in Enes Ylmazer's videos but I do still love his videos. Just kinda prefer the more in depth tours 😊

Enrico Curcio That is the kind of advice i think is worth to pay attention to Jacob. Watch Enes Yilmaser, i'm not telling you to emulate him, but watch the technics, that guy is a real pro, someone you can watch a lot and practice in your fine tunning. In the future, if you can try and hire someone you can interact with like Mikey Ayers and Adam Swords, those comments and inputs are worth every dime.

I would never ever buy a Toll Brothers property. Google and you will find out why. This is a show house, a model, so you get wowed by the glitters and glam, that is what they prey on, then you shovel out 5-6 million and don't get anything close to the model. Half the stuff in the model Toll brothers don't/can't offer. This is one of the dirtiest companies out there. I'm sure, with a little work, you can find many other custom home builders in whatever area you choose. It's so sad, being a home is the most important financial decisions a person makes, that there are companies out there stealing people's hard earned and long saved wealth. Please, for your own sake, do you research and don't get blinded by the glitter of "model homes"
