I'm loving all of the marble, especially the fireplace in the master bedroom 😍 The stone fireplace downstairs that reaches up to the ceiling is gorgeous!! Of course you'd find me tucked away in the movie 🎥 room. All of the lighting fixtures are beautiful. The kitchen and bar 🍸 and pantry all are wonderful!! The pocket doors seem to be a staple of Toll Brothers and allow the outdoors to be a part of the indoor. Spectacular pool and summer kitchen 😎 Thank you for taking us on a marvelous tour 😀 🙌 fantastic 👏 job!!

How does that work if you buy the house do they take it down or??

No when you buy the house there is a lot they build your house on if you pay for the upgrade they will install it if not vice versa
