Hello Jacob 😊 Wow, that movie 🎥 room is something, that's where you'd find me! I love all of the marble especially the grey, the contrast in the kitchen is beautiful. I wasn't certain about the gold fixtures because that's not my style but it looks very pretty especially against the dark wood. I'm loving all of the pocket doors 🚪 The backyard is gorgeous and all of the mature trees really give it privacy. Thank you for another fantastic 👏 tour, keep up the great work 👍

This the best home property I've liked so far. From the design up to the color, its amazing and every corner of the house is well planned, every corner has its own use. The best feature of this house, I can say is the swimming pool because the design is simple but elegant.. I really like this house.
amazing property and great video as always, just a little sugestion to make it even better: when your opening things such as closets and refrigerators show a different angle so we can see a little more inside and understand more how big the space is :)
JP thank you for a beautiful tour. The large entrance door to the home us very nice. And the rooms on the first floor are simply beautiful. When you showed the first kitchen that is a great one. But when you walked over to the butler's kitchen area, I like the darker brown doors and cabinets in this area a little better then the first one. It love sift gold handles there and the pantry to that area is very very nice. The Master Suite bathroom is so cute with the sitting bench in the shower is too cute. The backyard is so cute with the door sliding into the wall. The backyard is very cute. The guest/pool office is cute. All in all this property is very very nice.
I have to say this house is absolutely stunning i love these farmhouses and family homes they are my favourites. i would like to see a lot of these types of houses if you could :). more of sherman oaks and maybe also Tarzana or the hidden hills again. appreciate the content man
The Pantry in the kitchen is too nice to be a pantry. I would have a hard time storing my boxes of cereal and cans of sardines in there. I also really love the size and the layout of the backyard. A lot of brand new houses that are built in the valley either have almost no backyard or a really small backyard. But this one has a really good size swimming pool along with plenty of yard space to throw the football around or for anyone that has dogs.
Love your videos - only gripe I have is the image becomes grainy/noisy from auto-bump of the ISO. It almost looks like you have a cropped sensor camera. A full-frame camera would help in that regard. Otherwise, great content and this home is beautiful.
I know where this is and I know who has it now. The people who own it now are cool people. I dont know them personally but they seem cool and nice from seeing them online.
