I like it when a master bedroom has its own office. Like, who wants to bother going to the office downstairs to get the work done? Some people like to do their tasks in the comfort of their own bedroom sometimes. It’s good to see that option in this house 👍🏻

All those wood details! There's just something about wood that makes every home feel so cozy despite having the modern contemporary feel. Lots of spaces utilized too, normally these corners or sides would just be dead spaces but here they did it all so well that it's so free flowing. Great tour as always J!

Great video! Thanks for the amazing tour! May I just suggest you review your usage of the term "built in"? I think it doesn´t apply to the bedroom fans and carpentry in the closets. But great video!!!
I love this house! I love how they have 5 bedrooms on the second floor and a WINDOW in evey bathroom! It really annoys me that some houses just have a bathroom on the external walls (?) yet there's no window.

I would change the backyard layout, put the BBQ area right next to the kitchen (make more sense open the kitchen and make it inside/outside, easier to move stuff) and build a bigger pool
This is a beautiful home; that rooftop deck makes this house worth every penny. I love when each bedroom is ensuite. Today's million dollar homes should ALL be ensuite with at least an added half bath. Its ridiculous to build a 5BR home with 4 or 4 1/2 baths. If you're spending THAT kind of money, every bedroom should have Its own bath..my opinion. Great home tour (very detailed) and great home.
