For me the best part of this home is the outdoors. Love the monarch habitat & the garden area outside the master bedroom with the soaking tub. Also really that u have so much outdoor space to do whatever u want with. I could picture my nieces & nephews playing all over that field having a blast with so much room to run around, play different sports, etc..

I completely agree. If I were purchasing this home, I'd completely gut renovate this place. I've always liked transitional homes where u take a place like this that's a more traditional type home & put a more modern or contemporary spin on the inside, but in a way that makes the home beautiful & timeless with the right aesthetic tho. I've seen some transitional homes that just totally missed the mark, where they basically just added a bunch of newer furniture, but not the right stuff for the space & or they got rid of parts of the home they should've kept or vice versa
You have the old with the new in this home. You can make changes or leave it as is. Certainly very beautiful with a ton of land and water features and a very blue pool. 🤗🥰
This is breathtaking humongous property it even has a decomposed granite trail, bowl room,polo lounge wow JP you've nailed it. You just keep on going bigger and bigger impressive. And super shout-out to the cameraman and editor taking long hours to give us beautiful scenery. And congrats to me I made it to the 50th minute now can't wait for the next tour, I even set an alert so JP counting on you.
For fun. I can imagine a few things. Upgrading the garage to something more modern and fancy Remove Pickle ball court and change to Basketball court Massive grass area turned into a Go Kart Track

You think g it is just a massive estate that needs to become a commercial establishment. No modern family would be able to live there. But as the video goes on, you discover that if you have a big family and you have a passion for nature, arts, or any sport, there is a lot to do in this house, a private Shangri la. The dog and the duck helped visualize the warmth of the house and how you can live, work, and have fun here with your friends and family. You can put almost any sports name and the word club and create something extraordinary. I can only thank JP for making this property known and for spending the last hour with us!

This is so beautiful, absolutely stunning but i would have to change all the lighting, furniture and decor to bring it up more to the modern era. All the paneling, coving, fireplaces and floors I would keep. The owners suite lighter bathroom would have to be done too, how beautiful is that zen garden though!! Wow. Im obssessed with the big pool and trees outside and the fall, the fountain, and the big backyard and the features like movie room, the bar, led lights, disco room, the bath tub in a zen theme, the garden, the ferns... i love the driveway and the trees surrounding it, the only thing i hate is the vintage classic style furniture and wood inside the house, im more into modern style

Used to live up the road, Santa Barbara, and even by the standards set by all the mega wealthy homes in Montecito, this place over in Summerland was always nice to drive by and checkout. I think the only home that can rival it would have been Michael Jackson's former estate in Santa Ynez.

This house is not just incredible....it is impossible and impracticable! Why would anyone want or need a disco dance floor in their home? Why would anyone want 12 football fields in their backyard? This is just wanton greed and overindulgence! Too much of such opulence can readily be a dangerous thing! Anyone should imagine themselves living in a place like this alone! No neighbours anywhere near in the vicinity. Depression would be a constant companion! 👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!
