I really like all of the light fixtures and the kitchen is simply amazing!! The master bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous!! The backyard is very beautiful as well!! The 2nd kitchen (butler's pantry) is what I love the most. Perfect place to cook in private and if you don't want to make too much mess at the main kitchen 😂

Because Toll Brothers gives you such a small lot, I would ask for all the top-of-the-line amenities except for a swimming pool. Even though it's a small pool it does take up what little space there is in the backyard. I'd rather utilize that for more seating and entertainment space. Otherwise you'd always be telling your guests to watch their step so they don't fall in the pool.

Every Toll Bros property looks designed by the Hiss. The articulation of spaces, materials and sizes never quite makes human sense, though this is hardly their worst offender.
