Encino is nice neighborhood but it is no Bel Air /Beverly Hills. Hence, the huge difference in prices. But excluding the value of the lot, this house looks as good as those 50 million dollar mansion. Value for money, this house is hard to beat. Not that I can afford it. Lol!
Enes has WAY MORE subscribers on his channel then a lot of those "so-called popular" real estate guys we see on TV and I think I know the reason why. The difference Is those other guys get in front of the camera and say to their viewers, Hello I'm a Real Estate Agent and I'm better than you, let me introduce you to all the rich people I know, this is how much money I have, let me show you all my exotic cars and all my expensive houses, clothes, and jewelry. Where as Enes is true to the heart and shows his love for people and of the business of real estate. Real estate is not about showing off all the rich people you know and how wonderful you think you are and all your great possessions. It's about helping people find a place to call home. No matter if it's a first-time home buyer or the richest man in the world. It just goes to show you he has integrity and moral values. Thank you Enes for doing what you do in the way that you do it.
He takes time out to point out and explain details like herringbone versus chevron patters. His eye for detail and pure joy of good design is what draws me to every video.
This is my most favorite episode. The house is superbly cozy. Unlike some other bigger houses which have too much seating area and “unnecessary spaces”, this house has the layout that all spaces and function are fit for a 5 bed-room family. I love the guest houses. And last but not least, you are a wonderful guide, Enes. It is very easy to follow and understand the layout of the house. And you put viewer’s focus on the house, not on the guide. Great job.

Too much for my pocket but a girl can dream….. thank you Enes & Mikey for keeping me entertained whilst recouping from pneumonia 😀

LOVE IT! A perfect blend of traditional and contemporary. ENES, your attention to interior architectural details really bring folks deeper into the house. Thank you!
Out of all the amazing houses he has toured, this is BY FAR my favorite one!!!!!! I'd love nothing more than to raise a family and live here with all my loved ones and bring friends over. There are a few critiques I have for this house but besides the few, literally perfect! 1. There is no established kitchen table. The dining room table is too long for a usual family size, and yes we could eat at one end, which would be very nice due to the outside space built within the home and it'd be mostly the same. But it is just my preference that there be a table in the kitchen to have family diners. I would take the kitchen island and convert that into a kitchen table for the family, then get rid of the lower cabinets facing the bar on the second island so that I could put the bar stools on the first island so I still have that kitchen stool island feel. Of course I'd move the new "kitchen table" over a bit to not make it so crowded but not enough so it's taking up space from the beautiful empty space in between the living room and the kitchen. 2. The positioning for the TV's are a little off in some rooms. The family room TV would go above the fireplace and I feel that it is just a tad too far from the couches to see it super clearly. I would move those couches a little closer to make up for this and it would make more space from the previously mentioned new "kitchen table". As well in the Jr Master bedroom, I feel the only way to get a good TV set in there is if you put the bed on the side of the closet and bathroom. Now this wouldn't take away from the French door view and would still look natural with a bit of configuring of furniture but the TV would still be a little too far away to see comfortably so I would either get a standing TV on a desk to make it closer or I would get a bed with a wide back to push up the viewer closer to the TV. Or a bigger project would be to switch the French doors and the little wall so that the TV can be put on the wall directly in front of the bed. As well as the "kids room", the closet takes up the space for the TV which I would just get rid of the left most closet space to make way for the TV, so that is a much simpler solution. As well as the Master bedroom, the fireplace is a great place to put the TV, but it is off centered from the bed which wouldn't be fair to the person laying on the side farthest away from it. I would shorten the length between the window and the french doors because I do not need that much space between them. Or for a whole different look I would get rid of the window and move the french doors to the space between where they are now and the window and I'd make them bigger for appearance and so that I can maximize my natural lighting. Then just extend the shelves on the other side, no biggie. Either way would make room to move the fireplace over and center the TV. As well as the outside bar and seating area, now this is not a big deal that there is no place for a TV because the outside is so beautiful and you can entertain guests without a TV. However, if there was a space for a TV that would be optimal just in case we wanted it, but I cannot see a place for it so there will not be on there. 3. The guest house is really small and I don't know what I would do with it because it seems too small to let someone stay in there. I guess for a night or two it would be fine to just sleep and use the bathroom there but I thought it would be bigger the that. I would instead make the downstairs "office" into the guest bedroom for guests. I honestly think the best use for the guest house other than an actual very small guest house would be a place for people to go to the bathroom when they're in the pool wet or if there outside at a party. 4. The pool's little ledge for walking is a little too long and in my opinion takes away from the full potential of the size of this magnificent pool. If it were the same size as the hot tub and then would lead to the stairs, not only would that optimize the size of the pool but also would give it this isometric look that seems clean and cut. Also, the pool seemed to be a little shallow, I would like it to be at least 7 feet deep for fun swimming on one side and as well as some shallow areas for relaxing swimming and lounging on the other side. 5. I don't know why the two master walk in closets are different sizes. It just seems odd to me because the Master bedroom and bathroom really gives off this symmetrical and sharing vibe between the two people and to have that is just odd, I would change it if I could to be even spaced walk in closets. 6. In the shower I wish the shower was a little bit more of a majority fo glass or if the shower was actually shortened at the tile end. So that when Im showing I can still have the beautiful tiles to look at but when I'm under the water I'm surrounded by the glass ,mostly so I can get the most natural light as I'm showering. 7. The overwhelming black and white theme of the house. Now don't get me wrong I love the black and white in some places such as the exterior, hallways, and built in structures such as the fireplaces, islands, windows, doors, etc... But the whole house just seems too black and white. I think this is extenuated by the lack of furniture in some rooms and the lack of things on shelves and things on tables, but still it's a little too overwhelming for my taste. I would like it if the pillows, beds, and couches popped out and were a different color, as well as if the bedrooms and other places would be another light color to give some variety but still match the natural light look of the house. I wouldn't change the overall theme of the house because it fits well, but I would change a few things up and plus add some colorful decor to make the house not seem totally black and white and also to make the features pop with beautiful colors. Other than those small critiques this house is THE BEST I've ever seen him tour and if I were looking for a house to raise my family and could afford this house, I would already be in the works of buying it and making my small and personal but worthwhile changes to it. And I will definitely be keeping the style, the looks and everything else about this house in my mind when it is time to actually buy a house for myself and my future family.
It’s kind of funny that I suddenly enjoy so much looking at houses that are far too expensive for me. Enes, you and your team make me dream and motivate me. Greetings from Hamburg, Germany
I love this home❤️the style of this home is off the charts.I love the colors they used in this home.I am going to use all of the colors inside and out in my next home❤️
This is by far the most beautiful real estate I’ve seen in your videos. There’s a hint of Scandinavian minimalistic vibe also in this property. As I am from Finland that might be the reason why this property appeals to me. And also, keep up the great content!
As someone who's majoring in Real Estate and has his eye on becoming a realtor, it's very interesting and helpful to see how you show these houses! I'm amazed by your eye of detail!
I really like the design of this home. That indoor courtyard is the best. I really like that everything is bright white making the whole home feel very minimalist and spacious while also feeling warm and cozy like a family lives there
I really liked this because it was also cozy and felt not cold like some more fancy buildings; this on you could easily move in and feel to come home to, thanks Enes and your team!
22:07 That transition was so slick. Must have taken a couple of takes to get that scene to merge. Enes and the gang staying on top of the game as usual, keep it up guys!
Enes, I'm a huge fan of your videos. I like how you explain the intricate details of the houses you tour. It provides a great insight towards these amazing properties and amount of work that the developers put in to create them. P.S. Love the conversations that you have with Mikey! It kinda builds up a personal connection with the larger group.
Instead of watching Enes's video's late at night (timezone), I watch them now in the morning. Instead of the reading the news. Way more relaxing and a positive vibe to start the day with. :-) What a nice and cozy house. :-)
Honestly, I make nowhere near enough to even rent one of these places for a weekend... But watching your vids is so damn relaxing and therapeutic for some reason. Keep on keeping!
Your house tours are the best, Enes! But what I miss is the history about the region like how Encino was developed and what is so special about it. I really loved that about your first videos especially about this reconstructed house in hollywood.

Another great Enes Yilmazer production. Also, this home is located within a short walk to Equinox, Fat Sal's Deli and the Encino Commons (shopping, movies, CorePower Yoga, Menchies, Rasputin Russian Deli, etc). I know this as I am a resident of Encino. Great home, great value, great production.
What helps for this almost all white home is the black details throughout. And the wood panel flooring and feature walls. It would really be hard to pick a spot to chill. But then again that backyard and the pool and the lounge area by the BBQ. The home in general feels very cozy and comfortable for it's size.
Yea, this house just about perfect.. I like how every single detail is pointed out throughout the video like if I was actually there getting the tour lol
i've been watching every single one of your videos in the past week and i would like to congratulate you because the quallity of the video is perfect. thank you!
This house has a really nice feel to it. I like the architectural design and the guesthouses are very nice. I could live here (if only I could afford it).
Love this house. It's perfect. I think the only downside is the guests fighting which guesthouse they get to stay in. Everyone would want the poolside one 🤣
I love houses like this that are very open and yet very comfortable. Doesn’t feel like you’re living in a gallery. And very private.

Thanks for the feedback Ben, I tell you one thing, developer is reading all these comments so I am sure he appreciates the feedback too!
ENTRANCE IS AWESOME
full white and black theme throughout the house

Thank you bud
You got THE BEST camera man ever!!!
And the best team :) , thanks bud
He & Enes shows everything, I love it
Cam man 6 over 10. Kamera adami dedigin acunun firardaki gibi olur.
Thanks for the input
Amazing. No pivot front door for once, just a large conventional front door.
That master bathroom is really something special.
Glad you like the house!
It’s kind of funny that I suddenly enjoy so much looking at houses that are far too expensive for me. Enes, you and your team make me dream and motivate me. Greetings from Hamburg, Germany
Lol thanks Jesco!
Finally a new episode and of course as always a beautiful house keep it up enes. Love from Turkey 🇹🇷 ❤️❤️
Thank you so much!
Enes Yilmazer thanks for the heart❤️
You got it!
I love this home❤️the style of this home is off the charts.I love the colors they used in this home.I am going to use all of the colors inside and out in my next home❤️
Glad you like the house!
This house nails the blend of warmth and fancy all at the same time....loved the video
Thank you so much
This is by far the most beautiful real estate I’ve seen in your videos. There’s a hint of Scandinavian minimalistic vibe also in this property. As I am from Finland that might be the reason why this property appeals to me. And also, keep up the great content!
Wow, thank you!
As someone who's majoring in Real Estate and has his eye on becoming a realtor, it's very interesting and helpful to see how you show these houses! I'm amazed by your eye of detail!
Thank you Lance!
Enes this house is beautiful! It feels like a home and not like a museum or a hotel. Great video as always, well done.
Glad you like the house Jessi!
I rather these classic but not old deigns than the ultra modern museum-like ones
Fair enough
100% agree
I really like the design of this home. That indoor courtyard is the best. I really like that everything is bright white making the whole home feel very minimalist and spacious while also feeling warm and cozy like a family lives there
Glad you like the house!
I really liked this because it was also cozy and felt not cold like some more fancy buildings; this on you could easily move in and feel to come home to, thanks Enes and your team!
Glad you like the house!
22:07 That transition was so slick. Must have taken a couple of takes to get that scene to merge. Enes and the gang staying on top of the game as usual, keep it up guys!
thanks Carlos
There's two cameras.
@@mattvisk Not sure, but i really can't seem to spot it. Unless it is rigged into the faucet.
@@Carlos-ox8gy good point. I’ve seen two cameramen in the past so I just assumed.
One of the coolest most livable houses you have ever toured! Love it!
I love how you shows every room, very clear presentation, best real estate channel on youtube!!
I appreciate that!
Properties like this are what fuel my dreams to move to California. Great tour Enes!
Makes me happy to hear that!
Literally, I really like this kind of house where there is a private driveway cause I often see it on dramas😊🖤
Man! You make the most detailed tour videos I've ever seen..❤🔥
Thank you so much!
Thank you for understanding our concept! We appreciate you! Cheers
Instead of watching Enes's video's late at night (timezone), I watch them now in the morning. Instead of the reading the news. Way more relaxing and a positive vibe to start the day with. :-)
What a nice and cozy house. :-)
You're the best! Hope you liked the video
The way you walked out the car is the smoothest thing ever 😂.
The kitchen and the courtyard were my favorite.
Thank you!
This house is actually my dream house perfect but if I had that kind of money... thanks Enes for the tours!
Glad you like the house!
Absolutely my favourite house I have seen on this channel..
Your house tours are amazing, simply the best, you’re so professional.
Thanks so much 😊
Honestly, I make nowhere near enough to even rent one of these places for a weekend... But watching your vids is so damn relaxing and therapeutic for some reason. Keep on keeping!
As long as you enjoy the videos :)
Your house tours are the best, Enes! But what I miss is the history about the region like how Encino was developed and what is so special about it. I really loved that about your first videos especially about this reconstructed house in hollywood.
Then you are gonna LOVEEEEE the episode we have coming up on the July 27th :)

After bingeing on your mansion tours, this is my dream home!! Now for me to find 7.5mil 😭
Glad you like the house!
Enes is the only one I’m going to contact for my house when I’ll sign my contract 💪💪
I look forward to that day
Seems like I now have a habit of watching new videos every Tuesday. Don’t recall waiting for anyone else! Thanks team!
You are the best! Thanks Geeta!
I love the vibes that the backyard gives and also the location is so amazing surrounded by greenery all around.
Agreed
Sincerely if i had the money now i would by this house on the spot. for me this is just perfect. wonderful home.
Glad you like the house!
Enes Is Extremely smart and he takes his job very serious!!! i like that about him.
You do know, I love Equinox and also unfortunately, I love Fat Sal's lol
RUclips recommends these mansion tours for I think he knows I am gonna be a billionaire
You know it!
Glad you like the house! Its a good one!!
The indoor courtyard is a real gem
Agreed
i've been watching every single one of your videos in the past week and i would like to congratulate you because the quallity of the video is perfect. thank you!
Enes is out here liking two thousand comments
lol I ammmmm
He repliest to most so the actual comment are around 1.5k
I still do ;)
We need to add new sentence to Enes's dictionary
Good catch Mickey good one 😁
lol I love it
I cannot believe that someone can take time to look and contemplate these magnificent properties without even placing a word of appreciation.
Thank you!
This is one of those mansions that feel cosy enough to live in
I get that
This house has a really nice feel to it. I like the architectural design and the guesthouses are very nice. I could live here (if only I could afford it).
I totally agree!
I really love the way youmopen all the windows and when you pushing them Mickey just give a touch of dramatic shot on his camera.....awesome
thank you
Love this house. It's perfect. I think the only downside is the guests fighting which guesthouse they get to stay in. Everyone would want the poolside one 🤣
lol glad you like the house!
