It's a great lot/plot. That's why a lot of people prefer Encino, because you get a lot more for your money than Beverly Hills and Bel air. The same property in those areas would be around $30M
Hey, I have an e-Tron, too 😊 (well for about another month) and I can say it’s my favorite car I’ve ever owned. Not the most efficient EV, but worth it once you climb inside. Audi does solidity and heft right. I’m hoping this new Macan EV treats me just as well. House related, I do like this one, but I agree that it’s missing something. But really that seems to be a common theme. Even that new $177M Tavangarian in Bel Air didn’t hit for me, but in that case it feels way overdone and almost gluttonous. I’m moving back to LA next year and hoping to eventually end up in something by someone like Rob Diaz. Have you seen/toured any of his stuff? Right sized for me with some interesting details and architecture. Anyway, cool tour and new subscriber!
Macan is a great choice, can't go wrong with a Porsche 😎 I have visited one of Rob's designs in North Hollywood a couple years back but not filmed. Although I'm not a huge fan of his facades, I do really like his interiors and love how natural and organic his materials are. Nothing too over the top but definitely feels like higher end finishes. Thanks for the sub!
Enjoying this format. It would be interesting to see you do a video on your current top 5-10 residential architecture firms in LA, and perhaps the Top 5-10 interior designers.
Eventually California will only be affordable for billionaires. Homes in this area were far less expensive. I guess the developers are running out of space in the Hills
It's not a space issue, there is still plenty of land to be bought in the hills. There is more and more people wanting to live in the surrounding LA area but away from the winding roads, ridiculous traffic, no-parking hills, and rather be in an area close to restaurants and shopping, where it's more walkable and a better family environment. Homes are still somewhat affordable in Encino, but this is a 12,000+ sqft new build with ultra luxury finishes on over an acre lot so it's definitely an outlier in Encino.
We've had many people request these types of videos and we have had great feedback so far. We're going to continue to film this way. If you prefer, you can skip the talking and view the tour only.
@@SketchDesignDevelopment I actually would prefer it be done this way to be honest. I like this format. It’s cool to have a presenter or real estate agent talk about the house. But when the videos are done like this it just seems better for some reason.
Very very very very very very very impressive to hear a real estate agent that is HONEST about what he doesn't like.
Thank you!
I like this way kinda vlog but still showing the house 👍
Thank you! 🙏🏼
I cannot get over the size of this plot. That's worth the $15 mil right there!

This is a really cool house!!!!

@@SketchDesignDevelopment Yes!!! I do 😀

Can you do a proper tour and not this
