Love 2 and 3. They said they were looking for a "forever" home, so without going over budget #2 may suit them better for when they grow their family. But for now, with the two of them, #3 is perfect , a little "cozier" but 3600 sq ft. is very comfortable and what a great backyard - and the price is great @ $3,895.000.00
So glad that lovely truly amazing couple who deserve the best !!! To my taste, House # 1 lacked personality and was so dark inside, plus the living room didn't have any windows albeit it was adjacent to the dining room with windows - but it was super blah, and the rest of the home didn't flow well. The backyard had that ugly Masonite retaining wall hiding what ? A 6 lane busy street. Houses 2 and 3 were fabulous - they have a beautiful choice !!!
