@@mowwwwithlove9463 - I used to like Enes but now he's a bit overrated. It's nice that his channel has grown into what it is today with millions of followers and everything else. But I liked it better when his numbers were around what Darren and JP's are. It was less commercial and more of a personal connection with the followers.

I always find something wrong with every house like I can actually afford it right? Well let me tell you even if I won Mega Millions I'd pick this house!! I absolutely love it!! So warm and friendly. Elevator ..... disabled people with a screwed up knee love it!! Lol.

Beautiful, and reasonably priced! Is it possible to shoot a hoop and have the ball go off site? Those fences looked very tall. I would struggle with paying this much and only having a two car garage. When you start looking around, you can see how the house is pinched into the lot…not quite enough room to do everything right (eg. small balcony off master, basketball court not full size).
the underground outdoor space would be cool without that wall in the way, is there something above requiring it to be there for structural purposes? Maybe if there was a steel girder cantilever that could support it that would help but there would still be less light unless the floor above was glass or something. Also, the pool house needs a new smoke detector, maybe there is a way to edit out that beeping sound after the fact but make sure to replace the smoke detector as well asap. Does seem odd that the smoke detector would have a bad battery in brand new construction.

Nice videos but it would be better if we got to see the neighborhoods surrounding these properties. A quick aerial view with a drone would make these that much better 👌🏼

That light bulb being blown out is bothering the hell outta me smmfh.....
It looks beautiful! But if I were to buy this or recreate this design, i would definitely redo the ceiling. The wood is just gorgeous! But the messy placement of the lighting and ac vents ruin it. It looks way too messy in my opinion.
Great house. Horrible location if you need to commute in the mornings. You'd never get out of your driveway with all the people trying to get on the 405 and/or to Sepulveda. Great on weekends, or if you need to go West on Ventura, but other than that, morning commuter traffic in that area makes this home a no-go.
This house to me is very spry, good use of grandeur in small spaces

Wow Darren, you had terrible chemistry showing the space with the young lady.
when I see these homes and I see the price, I only think 2 things. Americans either have a lot of money to throw on homes that looks normal or the realtors have lost the reasoning on pricing. Lets start talking about the backyard and all those wires crossing. I wonder what happens if you are playing basketball and the ball suddenly hit some of those wires crossing your property.
Then theres the fact that there are houses on both sides really close to this one, One side they put a lot of green to cover the other house, but the one on the left, can see you even when you are dining. Pay 9 million with no privacy. These are kind of things I expect when I pay 100-200k to buy a house.
The material used are quite normal. Check that first bedroom's bathroom. The material used there are the same I have in my house and it is really cheap. I wonder how these homes in the US are worth that much. I think a house like that where I live would go around 500k to 1M or 1 and half million. Unless you are paying 7million only for the location, with houses all around you in Encino.
