this is an amazing deal! in Vancouver, 2 million gets you a 1200 sq feet apartment or townhouse lol. this kind of house would be 5 million to 7 million.

Beautiful home! However, are the ceilings 30 ft or 40 ft? You said both. Also, You go on and on about the views but all we get to see of the view is from upstairs for a few seconds, at the end for a few seconds then the videos you want us to watch covers it up and the rest of the time it's just the tops of a few houses. Too bad.
