I personally love the contrast of dark and light colours in this mansion. You'd think the dark shades would make the powder room appear smaller, it doesn't it looks elegant and sleek. Also, soooo glad you didn't fall into the pool 🤣 I've said it before... You are Thee Master at walking backwards.

Love this house, love the layout, I would prefer different design choice in the kitchen and 1st floor powder. But otherwise amazing. Favorite part is def the basement, and the master bathtub/shower.

Love the contrast of dark and light which makes the house elegant and modern. I recognised the light fixture in the hall and above the breakfast bar because I used to sell them when I worked in the Lighting section of a high end UK retailer. The LED lights are made by Flos. I always look at the lights on your viewings.

For anyone who's actually interested in this property it's on a very nice street in Studio City and the surrounding homes are very nice as well. It's in a very quiet neighborhood with nice friendly happy people who smile and say hello while walking their dogs and exercising everyday.
