I don’t think we will ever know if something happened between Ethan and Daphne, but I do think that Daphne could try to hurt Cam but not Harper.
Daphne knows her relationship is messed up but hurting others just to get revenge does not seem like her character. Unless she is wearing a mask and never fully revealed her true self.

I thought it was notable that in order to get Dom to wire Lucia the money, Albie ends up selling out his mom, promising to feed her lines about Dom that might cause her to go back to him and get hurt again. He loses regard to the impact it has on his mom because he’s so caught up in saving Lucia. This and the fact that he joins his father and grandfather in turning around to look at the woman in the airport suggested that as much as he’s trying, he’s ultimately the same as the other two and hurting women due to his desire.

His kindness certainly wasn’t selfless and I don’t think he was actually in love with her beyond being in lust. The $50.000 didn’t mean anything to him, when he says: “She played me”, he is already over it showing the same disconnect to money and true feeling as most characters in this show. His father and him are probably very similar how they both think of themselves as the good guy. It’s likely Albie will end up just like him. His sister refused to talk to their father after what he did to their mother, but Albie was happy to sweep it under the rug to enjoy a nice vacation. They’re two sides of the same coin.

I think Albie likes to think of himself as the good guy, and IS trying to be one, just. Some feelings are hard to ignore. He’s also a rich kid all around, money don’t mean jack shit to him. Losing 50k didn’t faze him for even a second.
But I don’t think he sells out his mom tho. Remember, he has no reason to believe his father was anything other than remorseful over their break up. WE know about the escorts, Alfie doesnt. Plus, he’s obviously the peacemaker of the family, which is why he came on the vacation even though he didn’t agree with his father’s actions. And yeah, he uses the talking with mom thing as leverage for the money, but he does it anyway, before knowing his father made a decision. Again, for all he knows, his father wasn’t anything other than faithful and missing his mom on this trip.

Tanya spends her life searching for things like love/companionship, authenticity, adventure, and happiness to the point where she obsesses over those things. I think that's why she's so endearing to the audience... because we can all empathize with her search. That being said, the only reason she can pursue those things and feed her obsession is because she was born insanely rich. She's never had to go through the type of arduous cathartic journey that gives you companionship, authenticity, adventure, or happiness. It's also important to highlight the fact that she chooses to avoid that cathartic journey. She chooses to ignore the trauma from her past by not addressing it, she chooses to ignore Belinda's business proposal and a chance to gain a friend/make a meaningful contribution in someone's life, and she chooses to ignore Greg's disloyalty/infidelity. So in the end, while her death is unfortunate, I wouldn't say it's tragic because she chooses to remain pampered, aloof, and disillusioned.

One thing I hadn’t noticed is that when Daphne was telling Harper about her trainer (a handsome blond, blue-eyed man), she basically confirms that her kids are the offspring of her trainer instead of Cameron considering neither he nor Daphne are blonde. This is also hinted when Daphne’s FaceTiming her kids and tells Cameron to come say hi. His moment of hesitation tells me he knows they’re not his and doesn’t really see himself as their father. Another one of the games this couple plays with each other.

Maybe the next season could revolve around Tanya's past, specifically the very first trip she took to the White Lotus hotel as a way to celebrate the launch of her company (or whatever her first big break was really). We then find out that she hasnt broken out alone, but with a female business partner who actually done majority of the work.
Long story short, Tanya screws that person over in multiple different ways, basically ruinning her life, and then s3 ends by showing that woman being Greg's mistress who helped him plot Tanya's demise since before the occurances in season 1 happened.

Tanya's death was also in keeping with one of the overarching themes of the show--that dumb, piddly shit happens because the fates/God/the universe deems it so. Remember, Tanya didn't die drowning. She died because she slipped on her very high heels and hit her head on the prow of the small boat as she was plunging into the water. If she had slipped just a few inches to the left, she would not have hit her head and could've probably survived by swimming/floating a little since she was very close to the ladder of the yacht. But...yeah...the universe just wanted Tanya to die the dumbest death possible. Which is in keeping with her character and with "The White Lotus" theme.

Cameron’s expression while he was in the bathroom says a whole lot about him as a person and truly show that he knows that one the two if not both kids are not his. 👏🏼👏🏼

She suggested Harper "get a trainor" . . .aka have a kid. That's why Harper thought she was long gone crazy Stepford wife who died inside a long time ago. It just shows him as being the narcissist he is . . .even as a dad. He comes first before anyone in his mind. For Daphney, her kid comes first.

I liked the finale although I felt it somehow anti-climatic. It became clear that Tanya was in great danger and that Greg and Quentin were conspiring to take her money. I am not surprised that Quentin was broke because he didn't really work and had a very expensive life style, actually, Daphne and Cameron gave a hint of that early on when they commented on the fact that European aristocrats have gorgeous properties but no cash. I feel a bit sorry for Daphne but I am sure that something definetely happened with Ethan and that she's OK with being married with a douchebag and that the two of them have their sexual affairs, I know couples like that in real life. As for Portia, Jack spared her life because he could have killed her, but the target was not her but Tanya. Finally, I wasn't wrong about Lucia!!! I noted such interesting contrasts to "sex". The Italian girls know that window of a size 2 body and flawless skin has a sale by date. Ain't gonna last forever. They have no problem using men's desire for that same tight body to benefit long-term goals with the batting of nut-brown eyes and fluttering eyelashes, the shoulder-bend inwards in delight as Lucia wins her coveted piano gig.. (NOTE: Always get the money up fron, girls. Always.). Then, purchase that trendy, well-placed dress shop, selliing cute little dresses to other size 2 girls to aid their dreams to come true. Assuming Greg is bi-sexual (Season 1 intimacies with Tayna seemed at that time not to difficult to accomplish but apparently he, too, has long-range goals) and age is catching up up to him; perhaps time to cash in on his sicilian connection?. The Bert and Michael / father and son duo are expert at the thrill, however temporary, of disposable sex, as meaningful emotional commitment is beyond their reach. Though Michael catches a glimpse of the gift he has been avoiding all these years and it may, just may, last until he reaches home. Quentin & Company are expert at denying the body at their feet with the gun smoking in their hands -- until Tanya, eyes impossibly even narrower, gets to it before they do. The half-billionaire's dilemna: "Is my husband cheating on me?" because heaven forfend Greg is getting something that she, his wife, is not. (The equivalent of the half-billinaire worryingly counting his change as he leaves McDonald's.) And the couples dance their couples dance, the desire of another for his wife igniting a forgoten desire in her husband; looking the other way when your wife presents an impossibly blond, blue-eyed baby because you, handsome lad, are unlikely to find another cool, calm and collected Daphne anywhere else. We do, in our heart of our viewer hearts, hope Valetina will find a lovely gal dancing the night away at a local lesbian bar to take home with her -- on the way, picking up that stray cat. Jack, hollow-eyed with fear that no amount of booze will ultimately lay to rest and blackmailed by Quentin into Portia-watching duty, is forever lost, he seems doomed to speed off a narrow Sicilian road and expire in flames. Sex is, literally, just a job to Jack; the girls still think it is fun. They better get that dress stop because one day, it shall no longer be fun. And I think Portia will return; pity she had to leave her laptop at the hotel . . . Missing: What is the financial opportunity hinted at by Cameron to suddenly wealthy Greg and gently nudged by Daphne to Harper?

Portia hears the news that “a tourist” drowned, so she highly suspects it’s Tanya, but that’s not a confirmation. Also, Portia is still heeding Jack’s warning to get on the plane and get out of the country because she is also told of all the bodies on the boat. She’s looking to hang out with Albie & his family for some safety. No time to mourn when you’re laying low. Both she AND Tanya aren’t very good at seeing upcoming problems and they both are good at deluding themselves in the moment.

I never thought that Jack was doing anything more than keeping Portia away from Tanya. Once she found the photo of Greg and Quintin I knew that she was the focus of a murder plot. No way would there be an adultery clause in the prenup or something like that. Greg wasn’t interested in the expense of a divorce and the risk of not getting what he wanted. He wanted all of Tanya’s money not a portion of it.
The hitch for Greg- Portia knows what happened. She knows everything and was trying to warn Tanya on the phone but it was too late. Tanya told her about the photo of Greg and that if she died he got everything according to the prenup. She’ll be a target of Greg’s until he’s charged and put on trial and he already didn’t like her. Once she knows about Tanya’s death she’ll have to contact the authorities. The story isn’t going to be a happy ending for Greg.

Like you just met this man and his friends and you are going to go with your assistant on a yacht to another town with someone you only met a few days ago? Seriously? She just has such a trusting nature and Greg completely took advantage of her being blind by attention and affection. Also she doesn't seem to understand "old money" because in her mind Quinten has all of these things yacht, palazzo, extravagant parties... but 0 funds according to Jack. But he is going to help alllll his buddies when he gets paid by Greg to wine and dine Tanya and kill her. It made me sick because she just wanted to be loved and fit in somewhere. I was the the same thing about Tonya. Probably adrenaline and she could have been concerned about Portia being with Jack too

      1) Tanya's was hurrying to get off the boat because she was in a state of panic, you don't think clearly in a mindset like that, Tanya also isn't very smart so this is quite keeping with her character to just want to run away as quickly as possible
      2) They stated earlier on you don't get reception out there.
3)Tanya was never suppose to be in the host's bedroom that's why she snuck in afterwards.
4)The bag also has the videography of her cheating on Greg which i'm sure makes the prenup null and avoid.

tanya killed like 4 people. plus one of them got away and could be calling others to finish the job. the driver would probably call the police. now imagine how that would play out? an American woman found with 4 dead bodies and a captain (who doesn’t speak english) hiding on the upper deck? she would certainly go to jail because how can she prove anything? fleeing the scene was her best bet.
the bag contained rope so i’m assuming they wanted to drug her and tie her up then toss her into the boat (in case she was reluctant maybe?) i’m guessing drug her by the way one of them pushed 2 glasses of wine towards her after the mafia guy went to check his bag.
as for the picture, it could’ve just been a careless mistake. i think of it as a mistress having her married lover as her phone wallpaper. and the wife sees it by accident because she asks to borrow her phone?
yes i have way too much time on my hands 🤣🤣

I thought this season was terrific!! All of the characters played their part with utter magnificence, against the beautiful backdrop of Sicily!! I’m definitely making my way over there!! Belissimo!!

Thank you. I was truly enjoying the show, but after the penultimate episode I was too stressed and couldn’t finish the series, but wanted to know how it ended.
