Punishment Recommendation: 1) Relegation at the start of next season. 2) Pep Guardiola has to pick the same exact team 2 games in a row 3) Countries cannot own football clubs anymore and those that do have 10 years to sell 4) All the City players have to live together in one house and make it a tv show 5) Manchester City have a 2 window transfer ban

Man City will win the case like they did last time and I hope they sue the pl and all the 9 clubs for defamation and claim false charges, emotional damage and stuff like that.
Pl have no proof and they need hard evidence which they don’t have, Man City haven’t give them any documentation and they just got hacked emails from 2018 that uefa had. Man City will walk away with an fine for not applying like last time and PL need to proof 115 charges for barely any proof which is hard.
@@lookingforward.2569 this is unappealable and based around factual information unfortunately for city fans. investigation has been going on for 4 years for a 10 year time period. The lack of proof isn't for the 115 charges, but for the 2018-2023 periods, but that's only because City have refused to cooperate. Once they've released their books, I'm 100% positive that more violations will be revealed. This isn't some small matter, its an antitrust issue. Lawsuits can also be carried out by teams who have missed out on UCL qualification, or have been relegated as a result for loss of revenue. Could be a class-action suit against City, which would financially cripple them. If this happens, Manchester City might seize to exist as a whole.
I don't really think that Manchester City should have their titles taken away from them and I will explain my reason why. About 11 years ago Rangers were in a similar position and the talk at that time was to strip the club of their trophies but it was never really a strong possibility. An example was the 2008 Scottish Cup final where Rangers beat Queen of the South 3-2. But the Queen of the South team captain made the point that he didn't want a Scottish Cup winner's medal where he gained it simply through default because it takes away from the spirit of the game. Not only that but the guys who went out onto the pitch for Rangers at Hampden that day gave their all just as much as the Queens players. Don't get me wrong, if Manchester City are found to be guilty there are plenty of other measures that can be used as a punishment. Personally I think the punishment should take the form of several parts. Firstly I would have them relegated to League Two of the EFL. Secondly, I would place a 3 or 4 year transfer embargo (ban) on the club with the only real exception being for them to sign free agents, players on loan from other clubs and youth academy players. Lastly I would slap a heavy (eight figure sum) fine on the club owners (£10 million or more).
Smart guy but maybe not that big of a relegation because barely anyone at the club now was there at the time of when they are investigating, why are they punishing the players and people in the club now? The owners should be punished not them, Man City (pep) isn’t even in the top 10 of most money spent since 2018 so why punish him?
I just think the next transfer window in the summer will be a scramble for City's talent. No way do those players want to be in a sinking ship of a club that are 100% not gonna see top flight football with this kind of charges. Leeds and Forest have had simillar yet way less extensive charges and it tanked their future for years, 15 point reduction doesn't cut it when you have 115 charges to your name.
The premier league will be forever tarnished once city expose the frauds they are. They have opened a can of worms now they can't close, all other clubs best hope they have been above board as city will want blood.

The ramifications of this are endless, and could go on for years, questions have to be asked about how player transfers were funded, how managers were paid, if it was dirty money, then other clubs will seek compensation, and possibly a review of any trophies city won. Would they have to pay that money back because then it becomes also about them cheating not to just win or sign the best players but to finically gain from this. And will they have to pay the respective teams that finished 2nd that prize money for winning the league as I said add it up and its a hell of a lot of money that would be a great help to teams like Man Utd, Liverpool and anyother team that finished 2nd in this time.

Last week of Feb: everyone realises this will take months even though it has been told to you multiple times this week. From end of Feb to Aug: everyone forgets about it (media and online). We all know the score, and we all know how to speculate .... the Premier League have got to hope they have got their info right, because if Citys legal teams do manage to shoot them down over even just ONE or TWO of these allegations, it could lead to total collapse of their case on credibility and trust, and they could then see massive legal action heading their way, and their leading figures suffering replacement!
Fully agree. You would expect that the PL have done there legal homework before bringing these charges? If not there's massive consequences for them in the future, even there possible downfall.
Hopefully that's why they took 4 years.
I think man city will buy themselves out of trouble
city are a small club. They tried to be like utd but cheated. This isnt football. it is cheating. Liverpool and UTD have been mugged.
I mean one or two out of 100 is still a huge amount. Even if a few of them dont stick they still need to be punished for the other ones.
I disagree. This will affect them on the pitch. What if several the players have the same stance as Pep? Be hard to put that to the back of their minds. Plus they may not feel as dedicated anymore if they suspect they work for a bunch of lying crooks.
Mate the owners have trillions not billions but a whole countries wealth behind them they will just offer more money to the players
@@masteryoda5705 and continue to break more FFP rules and therefore get knocked out of competitions and relegated and points, deductions and be banned from Champions League, football et cetera et cetera et cetera.
People seem to be under the illusion that this is some kind of open market where clubs are individual businesses and not entirely a cooperative. Manchester City are 1 vote of dozens and dozens and could very easily just been flat out removed from the British football pyramid. It doesn’t matter if they’re worth trillions it doesn’t matter if they are worth quintillions. What matters is they actually have opposition to play. Because not a single player in the world is signing for a club that doesn’t play football.
City are professional enough to get on with the job on the pitch no matter what is happening in the background .... they have seen all this type of thing before!
If City were professional they wouldn't be in this situation, NO-ONE has seen anything like this before. Thing is now EVERY honour City won is void it was all done by cheating, all tainted. I see people saying "oh they will just pay a fine", over 100 instances... over 100, then refusal to co-operate, they should have the book thrown at them. I expect full Stadiums to be shouting 'cheats' at them for every game from now on, and city fans better hope that Pep doesn't get sick of it and bail because they're gonna need a good manager. Been waiting years for them to get caught.... feels like Christmas
I am sure the bald fraud and each one of the players knew what was going on.
If it takes the PL 4 years to investigate several years of dealings for 1 club how the hell are they expected to investigate all clubs because i very much doubt MC are the only club to transgress these FFP rules albeit not on the same scale.
The thing is almost everyone who was in the club in 2010 ain’t hear now it’s only the owners, so how are the whole club getting something now when they weren’t involved? They aren’t even taking it to this year it’s 5 years back is when their taking it to, there is no point as they are punishing people at the club now that weren’t involved, it’s so bad

To be honest no one does, coz those 100 breaches weren't defined...
Luton - were docked 30 points. 10 points for financial irregularities when it came to transfers.
20 points for coming out of administration wrongly.
We got relegated to the conference league, and took around 30,000 Luton fans to Wembley to watch us win the EFL cup.
Why is no one continuing to talk about this?
The fact they are bombarding vids about the issue makes me think this is more than just a normal breach but a smear campaign based on things outside of football
what does "for some time" mean?

Punishment Recommendation:
1) Relegation at the start of next season.
2) Pep Guardiola has to pick the same exact team 2 games in a row
3) Countries cannot own football clubs anymore and those that do have 10 years to sell
4) All the City players have to live together in one house and make it a tv show
5) Manchester City have a 2 window transfer ban
In short, nothing's gonna happen in the short time of things
2:19 "The Statue of Limitations" is funnier than a statute in fairness. Can't punish us because this lump of marble with a stern face says so 🗽
The payments to Mancini and the overstatement of income is money laundering and is covered by Anti Money Laundering legislation. I would suggest that this could involve a custodial sentence of over 10 years.
@Ego Master It was not taxed correctly. It was sent offshore whilst the income was 'earned' in the UK. Money laundering does not have to involve stolen money. It is the act of 'hiding' money.
@@steverichmond7142 Hiding money is corruption. Money laundering is, as the name suggests, pushing illegal gains through legitimate businesses.

City are genuinely finished. This absolutely must ruin them. Unacceptable stuff. The Prem's integrity is at stake if the punishment isn't sufficient.
If they get away with this then we all know why
Pl have no proof and they need hard evidence which they don’t have, Man City haven’t give them any documentation and they just got hacked emails from 2018 that uefa had. Man City will walk away with an fine for not applying like last time and PL need to proof 115 charges for barely any proof which is hard.
@@lookingforward.2569 proof ? They have the proof

@@user-xy6ey7fc6f it's also a job and a business.

Interesting and we shall see. 👍
Cry more
I think this will take couple of seasons city will appeal
The premier league will be forever tarnished once city expose the frauds they are. They have opened a can of worms now they can't close, all other clubs best hope they have been above board as city will want blood.
City will buy sell and buy the souls of all parties involved again and again until all charges are dropped.
Statute, not statue.
Hopefully they get points deducted, fined and transfer ban indefinitely. I dont see the PL relegating them like they did/do in Seria A to Juve

@@DinduDaniels you must be reflecting on you own actions, i can't stop laughing!! The fact that they only got away from the UEFA trial based on " duration of time" isn't going to happen this time. @Propagandalf You are aware that they have been investigated by UEFA too, and the only reason it didn't go further was because " it happened in the past " . You must also be aware that the FA doesn't have a time limit for past " crimes" and that's why the investigation was taken over by them , with 4 years of investigation. Hacker did a great job!
The ramifications of this are endless, and could go on for years, questions have to be asked about how player transfers were funded, how managers were paid, if it was dirty money, then other clubs will seek compensation, and possibly a review of any trophies city won. Imagine if a retrospective 25pts were deducted for each season, that brings into question the ECL results and winners, the effect could be mind boggling!

They should break it down punish them on each season rather than all in one go.

if City will not found guilty then PL is corroupt.
100 time charges
We want them relegated now not in the future, point deduction at bare minimum and heavy fine.
This sort of corruption is why Newcastle UTD are playing it safe and within the ffp rules
I looked and I cant find a correct answer but I can guess for winning the BPL the winning team would get something in the region of £100mil now if city are found guilty add that up thats a lot of money.
Please re-read what you have said. Are you seriously this dense? You want city to back pay money to 2nd place teams? Sounds like you’re a Liverpool/United fan, as it only benefits them. So dense

The impact might be tested if they got to and won the Champions League. Also if they pip Arsenal to the title that would be a big problem. Can you imagine, if they bought another player say Rice for £120 million, they would have to prove how they funded this and the other £100 million players given they can not fill the stadium and they are not in the same league as United in the commercial stakes as they say they are.
