It's all for their success. Mourinho is the Most Talented and Important Football manager of the Millennium.
As United fans, we are living in a constant limbo of hope, the reality is very clear and simple, the club culture is a financial model for the owners in favor of the owners, the owners have never been fans of football so there is no emotion, the foundation of the grass roots system is gone, we have out dated facilities and out dated staff, so we can not maintain form, discipline or confidence, thus the manager goes to United to destroy his career, United is a manager career serial killer. Solution is not sir Jim, solution would have been exactly what city have, we should have taken Qatar bid.
@luqmanmuhd2035 they're also stupid for consuming products from the club. Sure, there will always be idiots that say "if you don't support in hard times you're a plastic" but that's bullshit. At the end of the day anyone with the right mind wouldn't put up with mediocre football.
united thought they would get another RVP, but they got an RIP. hindsight is 20/20,. but alexis did more for arsenal than miki for united so united then probably figured they had the better deal.
I doubt that. Promising players come and go. If he was destined to be one of the best he’d have pushed for a move years back and he’d have been off to a better football project. That’s the attitude of a player destined for greatness. A couple of world class players have played for Man Utd and it didn’t work out but they went on to have better seasons always with utd being the only blemish on their careers
That clip where Rio asks Mourinho about calling his time a success, and Jose just lists the players Rio played with versus what he what he had to work with. Didn't need any explanation, it told its own story. RUclips the short "Jose Mourinho football heritage" to see it.
The injuries are insane!!! Man United must not have a good staff/support team and they must not have the technology like their rivals. Seems like so many young talents were brought in only to be needlessly injured for an insane amount of time. Man united need to invest in a better healthcare team
Agreed. No other clubs have had a series of severe injury tsunami as consistently as United for the past 10 years. There has to be something seriously wrong with United's staff if there are more injury-prone players than the fit ones.
You got the lingard story somewhat wrong. The club was ready to let him go. But he didnt want to. He wanted to stay and fight for a spot. Something that very much did not work out in his favour
United’s common problems with all these players were either injuries, or the shitty shitty management of contracts. That is down to the owners, those running the club.
Sacking Mourinho was United’s biggest mistake. They thought it was easier and cheaper to replace the manager - years later, a billion pounds later, they’re still trying to replace the manager AND had to sack all the players he disliked anyway
12:06 im so glad you included that. Fellaini could control the sun if it was falling out the sky. His chest control was legendary but once the ball hits the floor, he looked like a sunday league player 😂😂😂
Pogba was a sheer force of nature for 5-6 and later 2-3 games in an entire season. It's a pity that his work rate was not even close to any mid card player. He could have been one of the greatest had he worked on his game.
I don’t care what anyone says, David De Gea will go down as one of my favorite ever United players. It is clear United’s issues since 2013 have not been because of him. Let me put it this way, if Sir Alex had stayed on for a few more years, no one would even be talking about De Gea being “disappointing” or anything. He was let down by the rest of the team, plain and simple.
probably biased from being a utd supporter. i'd argue mkhi, sanchez, and darmian had better careers. they actually win something and got 2nd place on ucl.
Jose's time at United was interesting to say the least. He has his supporters and his haters among the fan base, but for me there are three things Jose said during that time that will forever be etched in United lore: 1- If they play 2- Football heritage 3- Finishing second was the greatest accomplishment of my career Everybody mocked him when he made each comment, but now in hindsight it's futile to argue against what he said. I didn't enjoy his final season with us, he had already lost the dressing room by then and sacking him was the right choice, but I'll never doubt a word of what he said about his time there. Ideally, Jose should have joined right after Sir Alex left, United were already halfway to rock bottom by the time he arrived.
For a very very short period of time, Luke Shaw and Marcus Rojo looked like they were going to be legends of the game. Too bad it never materialized for them. Both seem like decent guys (don't really know much about them) who just had brutal injury history. And as someone who's torn my ACL 3 times playing football, I have to sympathize with them.
I’m sorry but I have to laugh on man united supporters. How cold you think Mourinho would do better with these players. I remember when they used to say Martial was the most talented player in the squad and he could become the best player in the world. Somebody tell me how man united supporters became so ridiculous after teams with Ferdinand, Ronaldo, Scholes, Nani, and then putting their hopes on martial 😂😂😂
Is there even any doubt? Mourinho shows the issues, Ronaldo showed the issues, but people said they were the problem... how!? See them now without them... a disgrace
Everyone that goes to England gets injured. And no, it’s not because they played too many games. It’s a double edged sword. If I was a player’s agent I’d advise them to play elsewhere.
English football is faster, way faster than any other League. It means it is less technical although not as much as it used to be, it means it is less tactical , and it is also more physical which leads to more injuries. It also means it is more spectacular and that is why it has the best TV deals which has attracted Billionaires from investing in it.

since Sir Alex retired, I feel that the team struggle with work ethics and consistency. the talents and money were always there, but not the morale. Pogba, Greenwood, Lingard, Rashford and now Anthony are the best examples of it. No one wanted to run, to tackle, to pass. it became a chore for them to stay in the club and work.

@@TRX25EX that is wrong again. Mentality isn’t something given by coaches. It was given through building up confidence and having a concrete plan. Especially his long passes, it's a shame not many use it. What Jose wanted versus what he got from Ed Woodward shows what us at United have been asking for. If he had been given those 4 signings, he would've won EPL and UCL by now.
@@ankurbagai1056 They might be alright, but you could get so much more for those prices.
Haaland, Dias and Rodri cost City less than Fred, Lukaku and Pogba did.
Also compare Matic with Gundogan that Guardiola bought in for €27.00m.
I think a lot more could be done with those money Mourinho splashed.
@bordeaux1337 and in the same time period Man City charged with financial accusation with one of them being that Man City didn't show what they paid, and paid the players & managers under the table in other ways. What's bad in united is constant change. What Jose said is right. Man city have players that are investment from the past. Not just in 2 years. They should do that instead of focusing on changing manager
Mourinho said it, Zlatan said it, Ronaldo said it, and now it's plain for everyone to see....
The owners treat the club as there own cash register, if and when these leeches are gone then we will see Manchester return to it's best
United will never be back until these owners leave

Well said Sir💯🙏👏🙏
bit early to suggest sir jim isn’t right for the club…. all new structure behind manager with right people is already happening ….
Ooo the hypocrisy
Dont blame the owner entirely. The fans are stooopid too for asking jose out.
@luqmanmuhd2035 they're also stupid for consuming products from the club. Sure, there will always be idiots that say "if you don't support in hard times you're a plastic" but that's bullshit. At the end of the day anyone with the right mind wouldn't put up with mediocre football.
J Lings is class. When asked about his clobber he said "i dont actually visit the factory". Legend.
The Sanchez swap deal is probably the worst one just in United's history. The real ones remember the Pjanic-Artur swap
united thought they would get another RVP, but they got an RIP. hindsight is 20/20,. but alexis did more for arsenal than miki for united so united then probably figured they had the better deal.
If Martial didn’t sign for us he would’ve gone on to be one of the best players in the world.
What him he went to arsenal for that trade would of be 14 remake but not so good lol
no lol
probably
I doubt that. Promising players come and go. If he was destined to be one of the best he’d have pushed for a move years back and he’d have been off to a better football project. That’s the attitude of a player destined for greatness. A couple of world class players have played for Man Utd and it didn’t work out but they went on to have better seasons always with utd being the only blemish on their careers
Joking, please. 😂
That clip where Rio asks Mourinho about calling his time a success, and Jose just lists the players Rio played with versus what he what he had to work with. Didn't need any explanation, it told its own story.

Imagine, just imagine United under Jose with CR7, Sancho and Bruno Fernandes. OMG. Premier League would have been a different ball game altogether.
2nd choice romero would walk into being united’s number 1 now.
Shaw had moments in 2021 but where is he now ?? He had a good 6 months in his career. Jose was right about almost everything

Man said Shaw had a successful career.... this is the funniest thing in this video. I don't know if he was being sarcastic lmao

Failure indeed he was. If he is the best of the lot shown, what a joke. He wouldn’t make it even into City’s squad, never mind the bench.
probably biased from being a utd supporter. i'd argue mkhi, sanchez, and darmian had better careers. they actually win something and got 2nd place on ucl.
I was gonna say this luke Shaw might be the most mid LB I’ve ever seen
Jose's time at United was interesting to say the least. He has his supporters and his haters among the fan base, but for me there are three things Jose said during that time that will forever be etched in United lore:
1- If they play
2- Football heritage
3- Finishing second was the greatest accomplishment of my career
Everybody mocked him when he made each comment, but now in hindsight it's futile to argue against what he said. I didn't enjoy his final season with us, he had already lost the dressing room by then and sacking him was the right choice, but I'll never doubt a word of what he said about his time there. Ideally, Jose should have joined right after Sir Alex left, United were already halfway to rock bottom by the time he arrived.
The worst thing to happen to lingard was not going to west ham
For a very very short period of time, Luke Shaw and Marcus Rojo looked like they were going to be legends of the game. Too bad it never materialized for them. Both seem like decent guys (don't really know much about them) who just had brutal injury history. And as someone who's torn my ACL 3 times playing football, I have to sympathize with them.
Luke Shaw already is
United shouldn’t have sacked Jose. Today EPL would’ve been a blockbuster between United and City if they backed Jose.

You sound like you should not even play football manager. Never mind an agent.
English football is faster, way faster than any other League. It means it is less technical although not as much as it used to be, it means it is less tactical , and it is also more physical which leads to more injuries. It also means it is more spectacular and that is why it has the best TV deals which has attracted Billionaires from investing in it.
....because players don't get injured anywhere else do they?

As an United fan, yeah United fans are dumb.
But tbh, none of the managers are the problem. How tf are you supposed to win if the players even refuse to run?
I said this before also the main reason of United downfall is actually the fans
Glazers follow money which means following fans and fans are the ones who asked for these decisions then act as if they didn't, I still remember I was one of 5% only supporting Jose while rest of fans were saying we have squad capable of winning the league and Jose finished, then he joins Spurs and beat United 6-1 to shut their mouth

Look at Tottenham after Pochettino. From consecutive top 4, UCL Finalist to being in and out of top 4 and couldn’t even win a Carabao cup.

@@Setsunascarletstorm24 Bro that's dumb, simply dumb
United fans still don't know what is happening thinking ETH is the solution and this time backing him is the right choice, ETH is no Mourinho or Klopp or Guardiola
You forgetting one key point here: United is highest spending team part 5 seasons, not Liverpool or Tottenham or City, it's United that's the highest, so comparing to clubs spending less than half is invalid
If this is what United is targeting then the team is the new Arsenal of PL, countless of seasons without winning PL, infact it's below Arsenal right now since Arsenal are indeed trying to win the league
It's all about mentality, I always emphasis on this, the reason Madrid keeps winning not because they have stronger squad than city but they have stronger mentality than everyone else, their club says "we can do it, we are CL champions", United lost that and only Mourinho and LVG aimed for CL and PL
@@TRX25EX that is wrong again.
Mentality isn’t something given by coaches. It was given through building up confidence and having a concrete plan.
United is the highest spender, but how does United spend money? Not to improve the squad, but to completely shatter the plan of the ex manager and try to build a new one, rinse and repeat. Overtime, players are stuck with bajillion of playstyles and they cannot get anything done. Just right after they started to get Van Gaal’s playstyle, he was sacked. As soon as Mourinho fell down with Pogba, they sacked the manager. As soon as things went sour with Ole, they sacked him. Now you expect the board to sack ETH because of one bad season? For what? Spending shit loads of money on Tuchel and De Zebri, only to sack them two years later?
ETH isn’t Pep, Klopp or Mourinho, but he is the right man for the job. If you want to keep rambling about “winning mentality”, I don’t know what you can get from any of the candidates to replace him.
