Hi, great channel! Very much enjoyed and learned a huge amount from watching your videos.
You mentioned there’s a charge for the doors opening outward vs inward - how much was the charge per door please?

Loving the series so far! Really interesting and unlike any other “Property developer” on RUclips who skips over important steps. Best of luck with your house.

Hi Harry, this is great what you're doing here ,as I have yet to find and buy our plot of land and am at the very early stages(!), so following your journey has been most useful. I hope to use Danwood and have already visited their Galashiels office and most impressed with their package. One thing I'm trying to find out though, is a complete breakdown of all other 'unknown' supplier costs other than Danwood's (other than Dan-wood's turn key price) so that I can estimate which Dan-wood house price I can afford, which will probably be similar in size and cost to your choice. So, would it be possible for you to include ALL actual supplier costs as you go along on your journey(?), such as foundations, groundworks, architect's fees, kitchen etc and maybe even supply a costs spreadsheet to your followers (on request). I've found that estimated costs are such a grey and inaccurate area in the early planning stages, so would welcome your thoughts on this. Thanks in advance.

Hi Stewart, Thanks for the feedback. You raise a very good point. I was always looking to find somewhere that gave even rough estimates of the unknown extras that go into a self build with Dan Wood. I will do a video of the costs so far and the estimated costs of future steps. Hope that will help you be able to more accurately budget for your self build when you take the step. I highly recommend Dan wood btw, been great so far.
