Thank you so much! I am a 62 year old male mid handicapper whose game was degrading. I have been spending a lot of effort on staying in posture and my game was gradually getting worse. A lot of tops. After some self diagnosis and this video I had a good day today. I haven’t even kept a score in three years. I only tracked my good and bad strikes. After 18 holes today I had only 3 poor strikes. My focus was a grip pressure of three and soft elbows. That concept of structure in your grip but flexibility and mobility in your wrists and arms is brilliant and changed my Summer. You delivered happiness back to my game.

You're talking to me...too many swing thoughts=tension. Never mind the snow we got yesterday. Been watching a lot of your videos about the swing dynamics. Consistent message, I like how you vary how you express the important points. MUCH !!! Appreciated.

I stumbled across you and subscribed. I’m a 68 year old male and a 10 handicap. I’ve noticed that when tired or relaxed I hit the ball farther Thanks 😊

I should come down..especially after my dream last night. I dreamed i was talking to jimmy Connors about you..then..suddenly i was on the 1st tee of deerfield as you were going to give jimmy connors a 3 hole playing lesson as i observed! I think my obsession with push draws are finally influencing my dreams! Great job Jess!

When I'm taking a practice swing I can actually feel the speed of the club head pull me to a pretty finish but I can't seem to make that happen during a real swing. I feel like my whole body tenses up in anticipation of impact. I've tried to imagine the ball isn't there but that's hard to do when you're playing. Fabulous instruction by the way - I'm now a subscriber!

Jess using stack and tilt method I find personally that on the downswing my arms go first and my body reacts to that and gets pulled through with the momentum no hip firing is this a correct assessment ?

Great video Jess, love your swing, so relaxed. I find like many others that my practice swing is tension free, but as soon as I address the ball I become tense. Any suggestions please.
