Ingredients
1/4 Cup of cold water
10 Grams of unflavoured gelatin
1 Cup of full cream milk
1/2 Tablespoon of vanilla essence
1/4 Cup of icing sugar Хобби
I hope you enjoy this video. Just remember if it doesn't work first time keep trying. It took me a few attempts before i got it right :D
How long do i need to beat the milk to get a creamy consistancy
It was liquid i bit it for like 20 minutes but still it was liquid now what to do?
@@groupproductions6970 thts wht happened for me too
I tried it yesterday it didn't work😢. Got tired if beating😅
Sir plss give subtitles down
i thought all u would have to do is wisk the crap out of milk
same I'm like 10 all I wanted to do was whisk milk D;
ikr I'm disappointed
What would thicken the milk INTO whipped cream??
+Ima Me I think to get actual cream, you need to boil the milk till the cream appears on the top. keep skimming it and boiling the milk till you've accumulated the cream you require. But this method is so much easier!
😂😂😂😂😂😂
This is so fantastic - we recently discovered that my son cannot remove cholesterol but had already fallen in love with whipped cream. Life changing (and giving) stuff for us. Genius !
He's teaching all of us a really great trick, if some of you dislike the ingredients and the result, it's okay but respect pls no need to be rude
This is awesome. I cant count how many times I've had a last minute dessert to make and no whip cream on hand. This is perfect. Thank you!

SimpleCookingChannel if we don't have gelatin what do we use?
This is really just a complete waste of time and effort also, i don't know how much gelatin costs but along with all the other ingredients it's a waste of money as well. I'll just buy whipping cream, when i bake a cake i don't make my own butter and lay my own eggs.

@@user-zy3ke5np2c Well it's true why would i waste my time making sub par cream for twice the price when i could just buy some from the shop.
Just in time when I was looking for an alternate to whipping cream, whipping cream is so expensive in my area, thanks a lot!!!
I LOVE this idea! Whipping cream is outrageously expensive here in Canada, so this seems like a logical substitute. I've had a box of unflavored gelatin sitting around for a while, and wasn't sure just WHAT to do with it. Thanks for the solution-- for BOTH✔✔✔✔✔🤗🤗
If I’m going to the store to buy unflavored gelatin, I’m going to the store to buy heavy whipping cream. 🧐
This has way way less saturated fat
Much better for health
Heavy cream is pricey, and some stores dont have it.
@Game With Aysha but I don’t know any one that has gelatin laying around
Unless you live in outback Queensland. The store is 200 Kms away!
I dont understand why everyone is being so rude! This guy is a genious and cracks me up with his taste test reactions at the end XD
Subbed for life :D
Thanks :D
I suck at cooking, and cant make a bowl of cereal, but i still watch your vids, they are really entertaining and satisfying :3
SimpleCookingChannel your cool and i like your emotions lol
Armin-Senpai ¿ Thanks for watching. I bet if you tried one of mine recipes you'd make it really well :D
SimpleCookingChannel
Awww maybe I should try it, but I should start out with some of the easier stuff you cook c:
Thanks so much for inspiring me!
Watkins sells a clear vanilla extract so we can omit the slight color change and keep the white, white.
This is such a great idea and money saver too. Thank you so very much. Can't wait to try and taste.
His reaction to the taste is EPIC!! 😂😂Made my day 🤣
Thanks for the recipe😋
you're amazing. now i can complete my goal of making store bought ice cream.
It’s simple get ice then put cream on it
What a brilliant idea, remembering to keep whisking when it's in the fridge may have caught out quite a few people. Cream without much fat. Love it, thank you.
Very useful for people who live in a country where whipping cream is crazy expensive.
Him: WOW! This tastes great!
His face: i’m throwing this away and never eating it again.
Lol
🤣🤣
Hahahahah
😂😂haha
Lol... the pause after he put it in his gave it away 🤣🤣🤣
I totally loved the presentation. ..after 1st taste when he has to quickly lick the spoon again..awesome
I love it 😍 thanks so much for showing us this recipe 🙏🏽
LOL the caution that you observed just before you tasted your own creation was priceless!!! Hahahaha
Hi! Thank u soo much for showing such a way to make whipped cream...cream and such r awfully expensive around our place...and pay no attention to haters...ur doing an awesome job!!
Welcome :D
Yeah, come back and tell us After you have tried making..
I saw lots of recipes on RUclips but this one is so easy and useful I really love it
I love how wholesome this guy is
This is awesome. The recipe is so simple and very tasty! Thank you so much 😃
I personally love this recipe, I had a clear vanilla extract so the color wasn't an issue, and i had all the ingredients already. I love how rich in flavor it is but it doesn't have a chemical or oily base or after taste that store bought whipped cream has. I love it! Definitely subscribed!
Awesome :D
Really? I wanna try this recipe tho
I was excited until he said gelatin :))
Bruh!!
same
Same.. Let me look at other videos of how to make whipped cream -_-
Me too
Great idea. That's a version I have to try.
Very cool trick. I keep gelatin for a variety of reasons, now I learned something new! Very cool!
Time has passed so quickly, I used to watch you when I was small you and your family are awesome!👍
Every time you taste your food, you seem so surprised, like you were just randomly throwing ingredients together and you were surprising yourself with the result.
Half the time i do randomly throw things together :D
Well why do you say it's yummy and simple in some vids and you still seem suprised
Alyssah Hastings Jesus. He does it this way, never mind.
Thomas G. what the actual F***
Alyssah Hastings Stop whinning.
Looks like confectionary cream that you get in assorted baked products. Looking forward to trying it. Tempted to try with fruit flavoured jelly.
Everything is so much better from scratch price wise convenience even down the buttermilk now thank you can't wait to try it
Estaba buscando magia, qué hacer cuando no tienes nata para montar y encontré tu vídeo. Maravilloso, gracias desde España!!
This is amazing! So much healthier than store bought! And I'm thinking much more stabilized than just whipped cream
it’s not healthier it has loads of sugar
NoNoNono
The title said "How to turn Milk into Cream." I thought this meant just using Milk. :(
yeah i was disappointed too,i thought he meant regular or at least 2% milk which is what we always buy ,,maybe it can still be done with that by tweaking the ingredients more
Me too 😭😭
So when you watch " turn this timber into a house " you are disappointed they need nails ?
@@splashpit yes because he failed to mention how expensive that timber he was using was,i thought it was just regular timber
Me too :(
Great tip! I don't eat meat products/gelatin so I looked it up and you can also sub the gelatin with agar agar. Same amount. Hope this helps anyone who doesn't eat gelatin products. You can also make panna cotta with agar agar instead of gelatin.
Hi, I don't mind gelatin, but as I did not have any on hand at the time, I used my agar agar. It does not work. Or as Simple Cooking chef says, peradventure it is a matter of trying and trying. But I bought gelatin as I know from the video it does work, but still trial and error, but better than agar agar - for me!
Thanks for the simple ways to make butter and whipped cream. I will try them both this weekend.
I was so excited until he said gelatin . 😥😥😥😔😔😥😀
Monalisha Prince Look throughout history gelatin has been an ingredient, if u don't like then research for vegan recipes... am so tired of vegans and their crap.. Am sure you're mum raised you with plenty of animal parts and you didn't die don't like it move on... Please...
why?
Ya, like I'm Muslim so we don't eat gelatin. There could be so many reasons, mate.
If you don't like chemically treated pig skin or minced horse bones (yes, Sam...), check out agar agar. Does the same without the risks and flavourless. Made from sea weed.
Was amazing how he turned 'insta-cry' on, right?
Awesome idea as whipping cream is so expensive in my place. Thanks for this brilliant innovation!!
So he used regular milk?
Amron Eedia YES
You are cheap!!!!😕😕
@@amroneedia5204 full cream milk are you deaf!!!!!
@@ayeshaabrahams9722 you are stupid
So greatful for this receipe! Came back from the store and realized I need some whipping cream. Good thing I have these ingredients at home
does it taste good?
Wonderful I use it in a strawberry mousse. Came out great. Thank you so much
Thank you very much for everything you do , keep on good work man , I like the way you explaining the recipe you are making cause you make it in nice funny light way .
Thank you very much
If I don't have whipped cream handy, why the hell am I gonna have unflavoured gelatin?
+JamesBacha haha YEEESSSSS!!!!
IKR!
+JamesBacha - because it doesn't go bad! :)
hahah
Good point!
Thank you so much! I love whipped cream
What a good idea, I am always on a diet and avoid real cream and long to eat it. Now this will help me eat cream from now on, definitely less fat. Thanks a lot.
wtg! love this and will make it. Thank You for this recipe.
His reaction after tasting the cream was hilarious😂😂😂
Amber S 😀
You're clearly new to this channel XD
I will make this for my baked goods this looks so GOOOOOD!!!
Sounds good to me, thank you.
I'm always looking for different ways to experiment with food. Especially goodies 😊
Thanks :D
Give this man his own tv show!!:D

Fuck yeah!

Nice,thank you so much brother.
I still love this video for all the humor he put into it!
What a amazing idea to turn a cup of milk into whipped cream. Thanks for sharing....
Brilliant man! Simple and excellent.
I don't know if you can believe that but in my country it is very hard to find a heavy cream so you helped me quite a lot
Thank you very much ❤️
That's the truth it's so expensive to buy it in my country and its so annoying because I am always scared to come across a recipe that calls for whipping cream, infact I am tired of trying to get something that could at least work as whipping cream but today is a very day for me to have discovered this
For anyone making cakes, like a strawberry shortcake, this would hold up so much better between the layers without deflating!!
It sure would :D
Oh, you are my saver. Awesome whipped cream recipe. Now I can use your recipe to make home makes ice cream.
Thank you very much!
When you dont have the ingredients but just the whisk and the mixer😂😂😂
😹😹😹 lucky you I don't even have a mixer
Lmao😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣
I only have hand whisker😆
not even milk??
@@peninah.l.wambui5281 No😆 I have milk powder tho.
Wow!!
brilliant idea.
Thank you so mach for this video
🌹awesome amazing it’s really a magic been first time on this channel thank you for sharing video 🌹
This is great! I only use raw milk and raw cream is expensive so I don't use much whipped cream. But now I can make raw milk whipped cream. Thanks!
This is magic.
Recipes you do are so good.
Great way of doing whipped cream.
So you would have unflavored gelatin in your pantry, but not whipped cream in your fridge?
That's not the point :D
SimpleCookingChannel I believe this will help all those like me who sometimes are running short of time and money and need a quick solution for icing some dessert - Thumbs up and Thanks a lot for a real good solution.I think also to keep it really white we could add Clear vanilla extract.
Farah Zubair but gelatin and all those ingredients are much more money than buying 5 cans of whipped cream
In places like Sri Lanka, it is easier and cheaper to find gelatin than whipped cream.. much much cheaper. Whipped cream is some sort of a semi- luxury ingredient.
Therefore I love you video and I`m gonna try this recipe SimpleCookingChannel
An excellent way to demonstrate n show the making of full cream from milk. Well done n God bless.
A can of "carnation" milk is a higher bf content, when mixed with equal amt of water is equal to whole milk at 3.25% bf (butter fat). Chill in your freezer for a couple of hours will whip up like whipping, my dad used it for making iced cream. It doesn't have very long hold as whipped cream, so the addition of gelatin would improve its standing time.
Freezer or fridge?
I made this like an hour ago, so good... and it doesn't cost as much :D
:D :D
Great job! Loved it!
Thanks :D
I put it on
What would you like me to make? :D
SimpleCookingChannel can you make really fluffy donuts?? 🍩
I love this and am glad I liked & subscribe ur channel. 👍 👍 👍 👍
this sounds good. I love whipped cream.
3:38 lol I thought he was goon say it's disgusting 😂
me too
It sounds like it would taste good with the vanilla and powdered sugar. The gelatin wouldn't add any flavor, just thickness.
Joyce Greer gelatin does add flavor and it’s disgusting
James Ken Knox unflavored gelatin shouldn't have any taste.
Joyce Greer everything has a taste and unflavored gelatin is no exception
When you still don't have one ingredient gelatin
So why dont you try it with jelly. Just dont do lemon jelly which might curdle your milk... try!
Thankyou respected chef its amazing.
Got to love that whipped cream. Thanks for sharing!
Just did this and I was super surprised it came out amazing
I've tried it twice now. hasn't worked for me. Am I missing something :((
@@tany2191 didnt work for me either
@@tinymunch8622 Same for me too, I used 25% fresh cream - it must have whipped much easier compared to milk. But nothing seems working..
@@tany2191 even me it didnt work
Can I use cornflour instead of gelatin?
this just cracks me up when he is about to taste it, but he hesitates because he thinks it isn't good but he needs people to view so he tries not to puke
ikr😂
Thankyou Mirza for your point by point presentation with tips .
Thank you, so simple. Will definitely try it!!!
gonna try this later, since there's halal gelatin in my country, bcs heavy cream is quite pricey here
You are incredible , genius , thank you chef for giving us the most wanted recipe ...🙂🤗💫
Thanks. You're very welcome :D
You guys stop negative comments. This is really great. In the kitchen you need to be creative. Love it❤
you have a nice vibe! thanks this is for my school work
Why bother spooning it into a small serving bowl? I would eat it all from the mixing bowl while watching a DVD.
A lot of ice cream is made this way now, so, a lot of people are eating “whipped cream” by itself...
I wounder the same thing, why he put it into a smaller. He could have tasted it right from the mixing bowl. I don't think he was going to eat it all at the time, he just tasted a little to let us know if it tasted good. ( from the look on his face i have my doubts if he really liked it and it seemed as though he realized he made the face cause he tooked a second taste and smiled ) but back to him putting the whipped cream into a smaller bowl before tasting it just made it look neater for the camera and afterwards he probley covered the bowl and put it into the refrigerator until he wanted more and a smaller bowl would fit better in the frig. Although, how long would it keep in the frig. Whipped cream in a bowl won't keep as long as a can of whipped cream in the frig. :)
Alexander Mason dude everything okay at home?
@Alexander Mason you're like really rude
i believed his expression at the end! i approve lol
I don't know how to thank you enough for this.
Thank you! I just got a drying -out vegan/gluten free pumpkin pie from the food shelf and it's as good as I expected it would be. None of the custard agents are in the pie so it has a flat, unfinished taste with the lasting bitterness of the unassisted spices. Though technically the science behind pumpkin pie is something that can be made vegan and gluten free without it being a total disaster like many other forced items like soy cheese or bread made from the wrong type of grain substitute etc, but that doesn't necessarily make it a good choice. (This one is stamped Feb 27 so that explains plenty about This particular pie as well...)
This is the first time I've ever been to a food pantry and despite being a whole milk drinker I was exited to have milk in the fridge again after going without, even if it is 1%. "Beggars shan't be choosers", as the tone deaf saying goes.
I do indeed have the obscure gelatin ingredient because when I can afford food I love to make stuff, especially sweets, but I was under the impression that you could make whipping cream simply emulsifying butter fat with any low fat milk.
This dried out bitter pie with its joyless crust NEEDS sweetened dairy fat to save the day -and my long neglected sweet tooth! Maybe I'll just have to get gluttonous and make a modified homemade sweetened whipped butter to lay across the top after warming each slice of pie...
And then never speak of it again should Dignity remain a value.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm lactose intolerant so I can make this with lactose free milk and it looks like this would be a lot better tasting than Cool Whip. I wonder how long it holds it's shape. I can see myself making a batch of this with every pumpkin pie I make. I'll have to make some of this with Maple flavoring too.
Can I use coconut milk
You might not be allergic to raw organic milk
@@creativeideas012 I'm not allergic to milk, I'm lactose intolerant and can't digest the lactose sugar.
Amazing! this recipe works. I poured the gelatin powder into the milk. Then I boiled the mixture and blended it. I blended the mixture every half an hour.
I replaced the sugar with sweet condensed milk. The vanilla essence gives a punch to the taste. Not only does the texture resembles whip cream but also cost lesser than whip cream. Thanks for sharing, chef.
I don't know why I'm not got it right cab you help with that
Trying out new methods and experimenting is fun. Really like it. Hope it will work. Thanks.
Wow so simple, thanks 🙏
Have you ever added sweet condensed milk to your homemade whipped topping? To make ice cream🍦 and if so how did it turn out? I would like to know please!😊
I think this is genius! for when you have Whole milk and gelatin on hand, and no whipping cream. Looks like Cool Whip (which I actually prefer to real whipped cream) 😊
Except that it's waaaay healthier than Cool Whip.
Makes perfect sense. Glad I watched this. Might have to try it!
Thanks :D
thank you so much for the inovation! this helps me a lot. if you guys can't use gelatin, u can change it into agar - agar
I Dont Know Who I Am how many minutes does it take to mix it
"Make cream with just milk" ... "okay so the first step is mix some jelly shit" wtf?
And vanila essence, and sugar, and maybe, he forget to tell to add some whipped cream powder too, who knows
The hani dude has a point
Steve S He's changed the title since
***** That is true, but still lol
Steve S No worries man :)
That's a great idea.
Thanks :D
SimpleCookingChannel If you make this with 16 oz.'s of milk & when your cream is complete add in a 14 oz. can of sweetened condense milk you will have an ice cream base & can either freeze it as is or throw in crushed cookies for cookies & cream ice cream. I just made some today but I used heavy whipping cream because I had not seen your video yet. I made it from another RUclips video "Ice Cream with 2 ingredients & no machine." It taste great...please try it with your way of making whipped cream. I'd love to see your video.
hi! ty for the content! hey, do you think this could be applied to make butter?? minus the sugar and vanilla...what do u think?? trying to find alternatives for all foods for these upcoming future food shortages

Can we store this in fridge and use it when needed?
I think he said, or someone else did, that it will store in the fridge for a week.
