Exciting news, everyone! After years of using and perfecting my personal presets, I’m thrilled to announce that they’re finally available for purchase. I’ve received countless questions about my film ‘recipes,’ so I decided it’s time to share them with you. The shots you’ve seen on my Instagram were crafted using these very presets. In the spirit of Christmas, I’m running a special offer until January 3rd. Use the coupon code ‘#Cinefeels’ at checkout for an extra 15% off. www.iamtongue.com/my-presets-online-store Thank you!
I would add an additional to this list of a Peak Design strap but in particular I forgotten piece of the peak design kit is the bottom tripod mount attachment that allows you to attach the strap lugs to the bottom base plate rather than to the sides of your camera. This has huge benefit in freeing up your hands to move freely from around the sides of the camera and if you are carrying bigger lenses it makes it incredibly comfortable to carry all day as they just sit next to your body. It was a total game changer when I discovered it. Finally I could carry my XH1 and 50 to 140 mm without feeling crippled.
Definitely get the small rig hand girp the same time as my X-T5! The grip is fine for travelling and short sessions, but got to have a larger grip in the long run!
SmallRig have a dual battery with charger option too, has a lcd display which shows charge and charge rates which is handy, had it since day 1 with camera and not had an issue
I'm also a fan of the SmallRig grip. It has made the camera much more usable for me. I recently picked up one of their batteries as well and I don't notice any difference vs the Fuji brand ones, which is a good thing.
The JJC dual charger is super compact, inexpensive and didn't fail on me yet after 1 year of use. Been looking for a cheap and good monitor for a while, gonna have to try out the Viltrox monitor
Thanks I'm looking for a dual charger that can be shipped to Portugal. Unfortunately smallrig can't ship their charger into this country. And ya do check out the viltrox monitor. The wife's been happy with it so far!
Another great video I use a wrist strap, checkout Peak Design or some cool leather ones . Yes I bout an extra battery $100 Cdn. I will get the small rig as I can charge it from my power bank . A bean counter (sorry Accountants) decided to not include a charger that really sucks At least I can use my XT-4 batteries
I have the handgrip for my X-T3. It's fantastic and makes a huge difference. I wish SmallRig would make the NP-W126S for the X-T3. I think you should use your RUclipsr influence and get them to make them! LOL!! I have a similar carbon fiber tripod made by Promaster. One thing I have that I found makes tripod use easier an L Bracket for switching camera orientation. It also keeps the weight of the camera in the center of the tripod instead of hanging on the side. I got the 3 Legged Thing model for my X-T3. Thanks for all of the info. That Viltrox monitor looks pretty cool. Have a great night!
What no thumb grip? I found that you could get this and keep the smaller footprint of your original XT5! I didn’t need anything else but the thumb grip! 🖖
Hi, great vlog man, just after a little help if you don’t mind, I just bought an external monitor but can’t get what I’m seeing on the back of the camera onto it, it says no signal. Am I missing a setting somewhere or could it be the cable I’m using, thanks
Smallrig ALL the things. That tripod and grip alone really make that camera about as professional as any other mirrorless full frame but for half the price.
ProGrade is good - but it is scary how expensive V90 cards are. CFexpress Type B cards are very similarly priced, even cheaper in some situations. And the battery game, the SmallRig USB-C batteries rock, but nothing beats the battery grip on the X-H series or the GFX 100 II and just dropping 3 OEM batteries in there and just rolling through. But major facts, Tung knows his stuff and this video HITS all the major points. Well done dude!!
What the heck Fuji xt5 go backwards by showing more noise in low light high iso than xt4. I won’t get it. The only highlight is its high megapixel image shift and more video features.
I forgot I had a battery charger because I just charge through the camera... Also, I like to have a M9 bayonet attached to my Small rig L bracket grip. In case I get attacked by a mountain lion or bitch ass Sasquatch while in the woods!

Exactly from what I'm reading the smallrig has more juice in the battery than the fuji!

One downside of the red button is that toddlers will want to press it. 😄
phew i don't have any kids yet.

I'm using V30 SD cards for my XT5, would that have an impact in my photo image quality??😮💨
Nope
@@Iamtongue love you videos by the way… hopefully I can get to meet you at the Fujifilm Create with Us event in Toronto😃

What brand of pro mist / diffusion filters do you suggest? 1/8? 1/4? Thanks! 👍
I have been thinking of k&f 1/8
I like a subtle look 1/8 is good

how about flash recommendations?
I'm not a flash photographer, so I wouldn't have any recommendations for you unfortunately...

Appreciate it bro! Thanks Dylan :D
How is the smallrig tripod with panning?
You need a fluid head and that little handle bar to make panning work the way this tripod is set up right now it’s more for photos.
can you charge those battery's when using the camera?
I am not aware that you can..but check out smallrig's website and see

My xt10 i bought in 2015 came with a free 35mm 1.4 lens

Hahah i don't know if you're being serious or not
Then stop using it.
Don’t tell me what to do.
