I just had my car windows tinted. I made a BIG mistake and got 18% all around the car. It's way to dark. I don't like it. I'm going to have it removed and put on 35% tint all around . My Dumb mistake. It's only money. No big deal. Thanks for posting this great video.
I want to get 35% ceramic on all glass including windshield for that evenly-smoked look and also to minimize some of the light leak from my huge windshield. Hopefully it's light enough from the sides that I don't get stopped by cops.
@@oc3144 Hey man, I haven't yet done the windshield yet because it has a huge crack all the way through (so I'd have to replace the glass first). But I did put 35 ceramic on the front two windows and it's a good balance. You can still see inside but it's a nice shade that cuts a good amount of glare. Btw I've had 35 ceramic on the windshield before with no issues (except at the time it was 5 ceramic on all other windows so I got ticketed like 2 months in lol). If you're going to tint the windshield (or any glass tbh) just go with ceramic 35. It'll be better than having no tint in terms of glare (and obvi sun protection). Also to note, I still have 5% on all the rear windows. So if you do 35 on all windows including windshield youd have no issue with cops imo
35% is good and classy. I feel like dark tint to me now these days just seem ghetto unless your driving an exotic car or something
😂 I agree
Whats “ghetto”?
@@thegreat9481 they mostly a drug dealer or a cop
@@Will-xl7xp or people that like privacy and/or style?
Lol @ ghetto but I do agree with u..lol.
I got 50% in front and 35% in back. Classy
Smoke tint all around 👍
I’m in CA and tinted 35% all around my 2020 Accord Sport. 35 is the sweet spot, as 20 I felt was too dark and would draw attention.
I’m tryna do the same with 35 tint all around. Have you gotten any unwanted 👮♀️ attention with the 35 tint all over?
@@1bowlofsoup719 3 months in and so far no problems! I’ve driven past LE and stuff and haven’t had issues. Definitely recommend 35%.
Yup, I got 35% in the front and 5% in the back...You can still see my everything move I should have just left it alone😆
I got 5% all around 20% on windshield and I see fine but I dont drive a flashy car like this so I dont get messed with
@@krayzietj20 on front or back windshield?
Thank you for the video. My 2020 392 Daytona is getting 35% tint this friday and wanted a idea what to expect.

35 is perfect
I live in Tennessee and I have to get 35% 🙄 But if I still lived in NM I could get 20% 😩

I have 35% in the front and 5% in back...I hope the cops don't get me
Have they?
You can have the back whatever you want
depends on the state @@JayyMOF00
What about 20%?
It will draw more attention from the cops.
I just got a ticket for 20 percent all around. Hopefully my neighbor cop will sign it off for me...
Definitely
iishyxvietxboyii1 meanwhile in Texas, 25 percent fronts, and any darkness rear. People still do 5 percent fronts here sometimes.
@@iishyxvietxboyii1 I know i am a year late but how much was your ticket?
