I am astonished to see that most of the students don’t know how to speak English properly, even the basics. I have no idea how they got admitted to the university in the first place. I don’t know how they cleared immigration. Surely the government or some officials is closing their eyes. To get an admission in business related courses(Masters) in India in a good college we have got some entrance exams. But when it comes to international uni it’s like catching fishes on a net. No entrance exams, no interviews, no group interviews. You are not going to get a job in business or sales unless you’re fluent in the native language. Because business is mostly about communication and persuasion. Since they are hiring the native speakers or someone who is smart and fluent in English. Also there is not that much opportunities. I live in the UK, met with many students just speak Punjabi or Hindi, not basics of English.
Most of these "students" are not going to proper universities but some community colleges and courses created specifically for these students. Most of them are not really interested in studying , but somehow getting a PR/WP and do some jobs. Even the people doing MS don't know the basics of the subject. My wife gets requests for doing their projects/assignments and found they absolutely don't have any idea about the subject.

It is understood that the base of the problem is Revenue, Institutions and Consultants. Everyone is shocked by the output but don't realize that if the base of the problem is rectified then the problem will be solved. Instead of that based on the issues new rules are formed each time to make things worse day by day. The quality of education is also bad and it would be good if you see the reviews of the Professors in the website. Everything has to change for better.
Don't say Canadian Universities. The agents in India send the students mostly to sub par 'puppy mills' (colleges and not university ) It's not that easy, for these students , to get admission to reputable universities. They end up in these colleges taking courses which are not in demand.
