There was some question about Kai’s size and that he was downsizing as of late. But seeing him next to the “Boogie Man” Kai is still holding his own. It’s too bad we will never see him on the Olympia stage again. He should have won the title more than once against Phil. It was great to see this energy from him again his last few videos just didn’t have the merry and seemed as if he was doing them out of his contract obligations and weee less than what I am used to seeing from him. This was far better than what he’s been putting out lately. Thanks Kai!

I remember Kai training an aspiring bodybuilder and he was struggling to keep up with Kai. Meanwhile, Blessing and Kai are having fun. But that's the difference when elite bodybuilders come together.
Kai isn’t competing so his workout isn’t as intense. I’m sure, Blessing wouldn’t be able to get off of the toilet seat after Kai Greene’s leg workout.

few of your exercises work directly to muscles ,which required no machines or cable support,it might be because ,my arms are 14.5 now ,kai ,sir,according to ur experience ,how long my arms wil take to reach at 17 ,
Consistency is key in training and equally important is your diet. I started out with 10.5” arms I was an extremely small boned and thin frame. I was able to grow them to 18”! I was able to take second at my first bodybuilding show. You need to eat every 3 hours 6 meals a day balanced diet not crap food. Diet was the secret for me. I was able to put on 90 lbs that way and no I didn’t get fat. Keep it up you can do it no matter what anyone says.
