You can almost always utilize a chapter's social media to keep in the loop. If not, you can always research the local chapter's website to keep up to date on upcoming events. Hope this helps.
It depends. If you’re not in college, do you at have a college degree? Also, it would depend on how long you’re being stationed in regards to the local chapter of the organization you have interest in.
