    👋 WHO AM I:
Hi, I'm Kenny. I'm an Emotional Mastery Coach, Podcaster, and Author. I founded The Greatness Movement (www.thegreatnessuniversity.com/) to help people achieve emotional mastery and become the greatest version of themselves.
    🤯 MY MISSION
The science is now overwhelming. Every relational, economic, political, and social problem originates from unhealed childhood emotional pain.
Currently, our society looks for solutions to these social maladies in every other possibility but the actual source of the problem. Making things more difficult is that our unhealed emotional pain is also responsible for avoiding the source of the problem. That is why these maladies have continued for generations.
As a society, we are all stuck in the Worst Day Cycle.
Therefore, the mission of The Greatness Movement is to conquer that long avoided frontier. To do that, we need new knowledge that can be developed into a skill and ultimately refined into a tool to heal that pain and stop the generational transference of The Worst Day Cycle. In short, we need emotional mastery.

Gratitude for your compelling , generous, telling of your own personal experiences with that ''Soul'' sickness(*) ; Narcissism plagues 25% of Humanity - a doctor specialized in that sickness recently declared (quite sure the number is higher - especially in today's (lack of) Values - (lack of ''real'') Education - and (lack of) ''Culture''). (*) the term Narcissism did not exist in Christ's time - He nonetheless largely described it's characteristics, evilness and ravages He WARNED us to AVOID; this kind of person was -not- for us to help '' they do NOT, ''cannot'' hear God's Voice '' (...). We've ALL been wounded - thus we are (whether we know it or not), ALL narcissistic - at different levels of gravity -of course - , all depending on our Self-Awareness -of course! (...). True Power (of manifesting your desires) the authentic tranquility of the heart it brings, absolutely requires we get rid of this (puerile) (naïve) ( an very deadly) IGNORANCE (not screaming lol) about Who We Really Are = divine -absolutely limitless - THROUGH God only , and certainly not all by ourselves, realizing we're offsprings of an ''indoctrinated'' family to its own particular flaws - deeply socially engineered & conditioned '' ''citizens'' we've all had to become - UNTIL :) the ''Awakening'' -to Self-Awareness . God bless you Kenny Weiss

my biggest problem and grief is wasted time and possibilities, because so many decisions in my life were based on trauma, so many unsuccess were based on damaged personality, so many stupid actions made because of trauma too. I am 40 years now and I know that 40 years were wasted; I was PROGRAMMED for failure, and I never knew it. I was thinking I'm ok and when I opened truth to myself I saw myself for whom I was not who I thought I was - I was destroyed person. I don't remember choosing this life and I regret being born into this.

I grew up feeling alone and believing that I was a bad child and feeling that I was born evil. But that's how I was made to feel by the words and actions of adults around me that made me feel that way. Now I find it difficult to love these people, but I don't hate them either and I forgive, there's a lot of power in being able to forgive. I have only just come across you Kevin Wiess but find your information very valuable thank you

I’ve been watching and reading everything I can find on narcissism, watched every other psychologist on you tube, all had good advise and obviously suffered this abuse themselves which makes them really understand what damage a narc mother and sister can do.. But no one, not one other person on here really hit home like you.. I think you made me realize I don’t hate them like I thought, I still love them even though they put me thru so much abuse.. I think that’s what really eats me up.. My own mother and sister so evil, greedy, jealous, the smear campaigns for 50 years. I’ve been a good son and brother, I help them all my entire life, yet never acknowledge any of my good qualities.. Aftzr losing my dad and brother it’s like they became more evil to me.. Stealing my heirlooms and personal things my father gave me. But I think what pisses me off most is, that’s my mom and sister and I love them and hate them at the same time..I think I just want to hate them but it breaks my heart..They have to hate me to say and do the lifetime of horrific things they’ve done and said, the lies the slander, the smears to anyone who listens..Yet my heart hurts because I actually am capable of love and empathy..I thought I hated them but the real anger comes because I actually love them and don’t want it like this..Thank you for making me realize this.. Now I gotta go beat my punching bag..🥲

Today, I was also listening to Andrew Warmack. Discipleship: Series. Tape 2 He explained in Biblical terms exactly what you explained in Worst Day Cycle healing terms. Both you and the Bible say if you are unaware of your fault you will not be judged, condemned or lose you chance to continual renew of your mind. However, now that you have been enlightened you are responsible for you actions in this mater. Just thought that was awesome. Can't wait to work with you.

My parents did not give me love as a child or adult. After all these years I realized I was better off not associating with them anymore because all it did was keep me angry because they refused to accept any responsibility. I can't love them because they never cared about my feelings. They would never admit the wrong they done. They always put themselves on a pedestal. And they would always try to make me feel guilty by being angry with them.

you did all that to yourself. its all in your own mind. being projected outwards onto everyone else
treat all people including yourself with the highest honor, love, respect, admiration, and also learn a powerful and effective anger that enforces justice for you and others without violating the love
see through the illusions your mind keeps fabricating. dismantle all your current beliefs and rebuild them as god would have them

    5 Step process:
1.Grief & Empathy - Empathy for ourselves & our parents. Recognize they were doing the best they could. “Physical release and giving it to the person that it belongs to” extract the pain & give it back.
    2. Reclaim ourselves. Reattach. Rage. Write a letter about your deep pain & feelings.
    3. Release it physically.
    4. Creating a new neuropathic way - feelization step. Be strong. Be powerful. Be Free. Lite. Safe.
    5. Self Forgiveness.

I know if I were to ask any question, I know exactly what they would respond with. That lets me know that they are never gone. They’re only gone when I choose to forget all of those things. I dont think one can consciously decide to make the choice of repeating this cycle.
    This is a subconscious thing.

Could you make a video about feeling the anger? I'm totally blocked even though I acknowledge the emotional neglect and abuse.

most CFS, FM etc are actually infection and hypopferusion symtpoms ie lack of oxgyen...this is the problem when psychology tries to fill the gap.

What about when one parent sexually abused you? Having a hard time following the forgiveness advice / thinking they tried their best… their best would’ve been to leave me alone, not hurt me.

There are some situations in life where it Would be detrimental to a client/person to ask them to forgive somebody. It could force them to relinquish their authentic self once again. In situations like that you would want to help the client/person move through their anger hurt and resentment but they do not have to forgive.
That really isn’t my place to decide if they should forgive or not? That is an aspect of the individuals recovery that they get to navigate themselves?
Some might be able to forgive, others may not be able to and others might not be able to but then later in life forgiveness might come to them?
Again, I don’t know? That decision is up to the individual/client.

My question is that what to do when you are 30, living with your parents (culture thing) and they are still a toxic parent and abusive one, previously i had energy a lil bit but now I can’t handle it and we are having so much conflicts now a days, and the sad part is they are old now I can’t be harsh too, and being old they now say clear negative things where they had been saying under good words,
