My dad is suffering from lower back pain, 8 months back he slipped from 1st floor construction site and fell on the bum, had a crack in hipbone.....post that after many medications he stoll has pain in lower back.......suggest something

it can be a post traumatic arthritis but i'm not sure, if it is then with Corticosteroid injection, exercise and physical therapy it can be treated under supervision of a professional. please consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider for the diagnosis and medical treatment. hope it helps.
