    Thank you so much sir, I have this problem from last 3,4 years , my fingers work properly but I have severe pain in both the thumbs. I am 53 years old. Sometimes I can't hold things properly.I hope these exercises help me .

    A broader view on the subject, no errors.
    Balancing the muscles -a good point!
    A big problem is washing dishes, heavy pressure cookers, with limited time and water, even lehs get stiff!
    The heat makes matter worse!
    Ice doesn't form in the fridge, to bring down swelling!

    Thank you so much for this tips. I'm graphic designer lockdown me 12 ghante jada kaam karna pad raha h me ek jagah pe kaam karta hu jiske wajah se mere hath me yahi problem huwa. Aaj 6 din se mere 3 fingers me ye problem h. Dr ke paas jane pehle aapka video dekha such maniye mene ye excercise continue 2 din kiya. Mera pura dard chala gaya. Dr ke pas bhi jane ki jarurat nhi pada. Thank you once again

      @@PhysioClassroom Thank you so much. My orthopaedic has given me prelogic tablet and I have some improvement after taking it. Spoken to a physiotherapist on the phone and he felt that I may not have carpal tunnel but a compressed nerve on the back of my nerve. Meanwhile I am also doing your exercises which are really helpful.

    Thank you sir, mere thumb me bahut problem thi move nahi kar raha tha, mene 15 days k lie thumb sprint use Kia aur apki Batai hui sari exercises ko regular kia saath hi citrus food ( jese lemon water, mango, curd) aur thandda food avoid Kia mera hand bikul sahi ho Gaya he.

    yes sir you are right. mene practice kiya bahot badiya felling huwa. hamari problem hevy weight hold nahi karparahi thi avi pain kam huwa aur aaram mila he. lekin waight avi nahi uthaya he. from Kathmandu nepal. #luckybaral

    Hi Sir, thank you for your excercises and tips I will follow it, I am house wife with this CTS problem for last 7/8 years, & I do regular excercise but my right hand wrist giving problem for last few months & at night I am having severe pain which disturb me a lot. Thanks for these tips.
    Sir I have lumber pain also. I do regular exercise but I think I have somewhere lack of postures. Your which video will help me for this problem. Please help me. Thanks

    Sir mujhe CTS ki problem 12 year se hai. HR samay sunpan rahta hai dard bhi rahta hai. Doctors surgery ke liye advice Kiya hai . Aaj hi aapki video dekhi hai. I hope aapki batai exercise se mujhe aaram aa jaye.

    I have a CTS for 2 years and rarely exercise or streaching. now pain runs to the shoulders and neck. especially when I sleep and wake up in the morning, my hands and fingers feel stiff. is it too late to exercise?

    Dr I'm 70 year old my right hand has CTS but I don't feel tingling sensation but my index finger n thumb pain alot other 3 finger also pain I'll definatly try your exercises thanx a lot

    Thank you for this well explained video .I have just 2 months ago diagnosed with CTS. My treatment has started with my ORTHO specialist as i am above 75 .
    Have seen the complete video . I am experiencing pain in the hand after the first exercise as there was a stretch involved but relief also came .
    If you can suggest the exercises best suitable to my age and now situation where there is not always pain or numbness .Its morning at waking and during the day .At times there is s burning sensation in 3 fingers .It would be nice to hear a reply 🙏👍😊

    Ek chlti firti jhanjhanaht suru ho jati h hath se kandhey tk. Exercises krne pr.
    But apne bahut accha treatment diya h as a exercise
