“Windy or not” definitely matters. 9.84 with a +2.5 is a 9.96 basic no wind conditions. Pretty standard these days and definitely nothing crazy

Hello, I listen to you report on athletic events, but one comment you made in this video was appalling. It made me stop and think, how much you know, when you make this comment about Carl Lewis; "he was the athlete that won a few medals in his prime.. Are you kidding me. Carl was one of the best and greatest sprinters to ever compete in track and field. As a matter of fact he dominated the 100 m , 200 m and the long jump in about three Olympics and also anchored the 4x 100m relay. He was the only one that equaled what Jesse Owens did in his time. He didn't just win a few medals. He was one of the greatest athletes to participate in the sport. At least he was not taking drugs like many of these modern day athletes, so please do your homework before you speek.
