Kal se karte hai start... This is the ultimate procrastination.
My actual routine:
Sleep: 1 am
Awake: 11-10
Breakfast: 1:30 pm
Tuitions: 2:30 to 3:30
Then 4:00 to 5:00
5:00 pm : Lunch
6-7 pm Chatar patar
Study - 7 to 8:30 pm
Cycling: 8:30 pm to Whatever time (mostly 10:30 pm)
Dinner : 11:30 pm
M o b i l e : Till 12:30
Then just stay awake till 1 am

You can maintain your diet and health routine even while attending wedding functions, travelling and even in night shift jobs. You can simply avoid junk and unhealthy oily, greasy food in wedding and get back to your home on time to take appropriate sleep.

Dopamine bhi high hona chahiye energy ke liye. And internet ki wajah se content overload/too much choice ki wajah se dopamine low rehti hai.
Hota yeh hai ki hum kuch dekhte hain toh dopamine release hoti hai and accha lagta hai and fir hum motivate ho jaate hain woh cheez aur karne ke liye. And kyunki itni choice hoti hai toh hum satisfy nahi hote and aur content consume karte hain. But hum fir us content se adjust ho jaate hain and expectations meet nhi hoti. Toh negative feedback hota hai and dopamine "reuptake" ho jaati hai matlab wapas chali jaati hai amd system main low ho jaati hai and hum aur tired and unsatisfied feel karte hain. And desperate bhi kuch satisfying dhundhne ke liye.
Isi wajah se hum raat ke 3 baje tak baith kar scroll karte rehte hain isi hope main kuch satisfying milega.
Bachpan main main 11 baje bilkul satisfy hokar sota tha. Ghode bech kar.

I still feel sleepy whole day even though i literally sleep at 10:30pm and wale up at 6:30 ,then do yoga for an hour & also go for swimming everyday ,i eat on time aswell just as they say 3 hour before sleeping!!🥲🥲🥲
