Love your versatility bro! Your Videos & Tips Much Appreciated for us “Multi-Species” enthusiasts who love to catch any fish that will bite the offerings! 👍
Great fun and scenery! I was down there just last week. Fish under the bridge. There is a deep pool there where the current slows down and both trout and bass school up under the bridge, especially in hot weather. I use 6lb. fluorocarbon leader tied to 6lb. mono. For catch and keep, I use #6 or #8 Octopus hooks. They will swallow the bait and you won't have to set the hook. For fast water fishing, go upriver 1/4 mile across Pebble Beach and fish below the small bluff in the river bend. Parking lots are on both sides of the highway at the bridge. P.S.: The 'wild' horses are overrated -- horse shit all over the place and they pollute the water.
take the 202 and get off on power road and head north for mmm like 15 minutes. You’ll pass a bridge and see water off to your left and right as you are on the bridge. Congrats you’ve arrived .after the bridge there is parking both to the left and to the right…. Also the strong flowing water is after the ice melts after winter. Right now water levels are down compared to the summer…

Salt River! Yea!! Wish you would have shown how you had your rig set up!
I put the easy bobber on first, then tied on a trout magnet jig head and threaded on a gulp pincher. I definitely should have shown a little better.
Make a vid on the rig
Good vid dude! Super pretty place to fish. I have yet to see the wild horses there. Maybe next year will be the year 😂. Subbed! 🤙🏼
I appreciate the support! The wild horses are awesome when they are roaming around. We saw a couple across the river, but they disappeared real quick.
Let’s go!!
Yessir!
@southwest I have a spot that was about 5 minutes from you guys that has 100 + carp in the area you should check it out
I’d be willing to fish for them!
I need to see how you tied that setup together lol
Slide the bobber onto the line and tie the jig on. The weight of the jig will allow it to slide through the bobber.

Where is this on the salt River? I went once and like 4 places and it was all strong flowing water. That spot looks great
Right off the are, by the bridge.
@@SouthwestFishing problem is I don't know where this bridge is lol. Salt river is big
@@SouthwestFishing is it off off blue point? Looks like the spot
@@NateAndreicathere’s only one bridge on the lower salt. Just hop on maps and you’ll find it quick

The lower salt river, by the main bridge
What kind of hook did you have?
I was using a trout magnet jig head
Is this upper or lower salt river?
Lower salt!

Your supposed be using SPACEBUGS BY THAT DUDE.
I tossed them around a bit but those Gulp Pinch Crawler were the deal
@@SouthwestFishing supposed them on 1/32 or 1/16 jig head. Dang spacebugs supposed be fire. Maybe tip with gulp crawler. Lol.
First premier??
I’ve had a few but not many, this is probably one of the better ones!
Oh baby I’m ready
