      I'm not sure luck has much to do with it bro. If anybody would put in the time & effort as him? Anybody would catch fish all the time also. The results are the time & experience put into fishing.

    Can't tell you how many times a floated down that stretch of the Salt River on a inner tube in the late 80's. Oh the memories!

      Minnow's work for everything. Just a pain keeping them alive day after day. I used to fish them under fixed bobber, slip bobber and split shot rig. Three rods rigged and ready. Of course a bucket of minnie's and some tackle. All kinds of fun. @@TheFishinMagician20

    Saw this video, looked up that tackle shop and it was 5 mins away. Went to a spot, and it was the same as this video. I’m from Canada!😂 we made out good and got 6 between 2 of us!

    I've had many 100 fish days standing in that same spot throwing jigs and spoons. Probably best stocked trout spot in the state.

      @@TheFishinMagician20 That's not good. I did see a lot of people in the background of your video trying to fly fish it. That looks a lot like the California scene. You should see what's going on at a lake out here called Silverwood Lake. It's insane. There's literally 500 people there

    Hey. Love the vids. Do you have any tips for flyfishing this salt river? I’ve caught fish there before but it is always been a struggle. Normally go out and catch one or two fish. Do you have any tips on how I could possibly catch more on the fly rod. Thank you.

      Fly fishing there seems to be just getting in the right position. The channel in front of where people are wading is best. From what I hear hopper dropper rigs with a midge and or black wooly buggers with some sort of flake, red, blue, gold, etc… do well. It can be hit or miss tho. Some days I put fish the fly guys with bait, sometimes they out fish me with flies .

    I’ve been fishing for a a month or 2 now and I’ve caught blue catfish, channel catfish,sun fish,blue gill, I haven’t caught a carp or a trout yet 😢

      Yes but tbh they don’t check often in the winter/fall, now they probably check more tho cuz river is packed

    Game and fish is very clear in arizona you cannot transport live fish in arizona. You cannot transport a record wayne trout to an official skill alive. This is an exact quote from the lady at gayman fish in flagstaff, arizona, two monthough october october of twenty twenty three.

      Your correct. But there are different regs for livebait. Live minnows can be transported as long as they’re from a licensed bait dealer.

      @@TheFishinMagician20 Northern Arizona is different now in the last 3 years. If you want to use live bait, you have to catch it in the Lake. You are fishing from. I've been fishing Arizona for 60 years. And these game and fish officials have new rules for the new times. I always get two different answers for the same questions when I ask them. But I like all your videos keep it up don't stop fishing.

      @@TheFishinMagician20 You're in my old fishing home. I lived in mesa for eighteen years and now three years in northern arizona. Back in the early eighties, you could camp along the river before blue point bridge with no restrictions, boy times have changed.
