If you wanna be a glass cannon that dodged everything and hits hard, you can. If you wanna tank everything you can. If you want to have your summons take agro while you spam projectiles from a distance, go for it and if you wanna be an absolute fucking legend who never needs to dodge, heal, strafe or hold up a shield, you can do that shit too

I actually made build like this to fight Malenia post dlc but it wasn't as tanky and I used the Godskin great epee combine with some perfect blocks and guard counters. Then using the ash to easily put pase her damage and healing. Face tanking wfd

Ello, Poison Swamp I plan to get Elden Ring and the DLC in September, and I’m wondering which of all your tank builds would best help people beat Radahn online. I’ve never been good or skilled at souls games, but I’m patient, and that helps me spend hours farming for levels, items, and armor. Although I’ll probably suck at the game, I want to do it while looking cool and helping people. I’m just wondering, will playing online weaken the build or make it worse? I’m not sure since I haven’t played online before.
I believe blood buildup was the highest on Messmer Soldier's Spear, that's why I used it. Unfortunately you can't use Blood Tax on Great Stars or Butchering Knife, that would be the best 😂
I used this ash with bloodfiend fork against him, this weapon scale arcane and has natural blood build up, and bloodflame blade is usable on, if you max your arcane, blood losses are insane !
Anyone know how to do this as early as possible and without the dlc ive been wanting to do an arc build but none ever really feel fun due to bleed being the only big outcome but the blood tax seems fun and spears are dope
First time use Endure on dagger, later when you beat Leonine Misbegotten and have 40 STR use Grafted Blade. Braggart's Roar is easy to get from start, Ironjar Aromatic the same. Instead of Blessing of the Erdtree (38 Faith) use Bestial Vitality (12 Faith), instead of Golden Vow incantation use Golden Vow Ash of War. Complete Varre's Questline and get at least Morgott's Great rune. It won't be same efficient without Malenia's Great Rune but pretty decent 👌
I tried performing this build against the promised consort but he just ended up destroying me completely is my NG too high to do this or am I doing something wrong. My buff routine would consist of Golden vow and the metal perfume. With the rot wing insigni, Millicent's prosthesis, great shield talisman and the great shard of Alexander. If you have the time could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong it would be a massive thanks.
Insignia and prosthesis don’t stack with Blood Tax. For max trade blows gameplay you have to “mostly spam blood tax” - so you must always have hyperarmor and don’t get poise broken; some attacks of the bosses still can break poise even with Ironjar, so you need to know when to use Oath of Vengeance (Grafted Blade’s Weapon art) to avoid poise breaks. This video was recorded on NG+1, of course on higher NG’s it will be harder to pull off the same stuff, especially if you don’t use every single item that I used (every of them are important if you want to this work) I have video “Nanomachines Build” (one of the last uploads atm) - I show the Buff Routine at the end of video, it’s same as I used here, maybe it will be useful so check it out.

Because of many reasons: weapon art has only 1 “shot”, it heals in 1 use less than this setup, doesn’t stack with Godskin Cloth talisman, and also weapon art deals only fire damage and no bleed buildup.
Do you really think I would go for tanking everything without MAX Scadu level? 😂 Btw it's Fromsoft's fault that they put the Scadu level only in the Status menu - it should have been in the main menu under Attributes...
As a PvE player with 2,800 hours in Elden Ring (so far), I can say that it was one of the most satisfying runs I've done. And I've done Elden Ring Hitless several times.. They also seem easy until you try them yourself.
Blood tax and melanias rune are 99% of that sustain. Swaddling cloth and tear are practically useless. This opens up a much more practical build...also...ironjar is cool and the fatboy disc but...again...a very very minimal increase in defense. Ntm deflect/counter into bloodtax is true combo. Dope concept just super scuffed build 😅
Blocking is avoiding damage, if I wanted to avoid damage, I would No Hit every boss, but since this was “All Hit Run” every item was useful. But you right about tear, only 60 sec is garbage, probably better to use crimsonspill

You can use keen/heavy/quality depending on the weapon and stats you have, it's still buffable and has higher ar to boot

You may have some other perfume bottles, use them or discard and you will have more empty perfume bottles for Ironjar
