Have you tried Elden Ring Reforged's take on the DLC? I can't find much information on it, so I'm wondering if it's worth giving a go.

Honestly I hated this mod, and it was the best mod out of the rest that were made for elden ring that tackled the delicate gameplay overhaul. They missed the mark and whiffed hard, and didn't take into consideration the lore of the game at all when replacing some of the bosses.

How do you get healed/HP back from taking damage? And when I tried the Sapping tear I didnt get much HP back, is there wa way to buff it? Or does it work best with any regen incant ?

The knock-back effect of taker's flame was reduced in both PvE and PvP. PvP so a larger decrease than PvE, but it's still noticeable against late game enemies or any enemy with medium to high poise. But there would need to be a hell of a lot more decreases pretty across the board with Blasphemous Blade before it would qualify as a "nerfed weapon". It still slaps at an easy mode level.

Now if you want it to really be lore accurate, you’re gonna wanna turn his speed up by 500%, make him have no openings to hit him, give him constant mix-ups, have him be dashing all over the arena constantly, increase his health by 3 times, increase his poise by 400%, make him have placidusax size aoes, and make it so that if he kills you your save file gets instantly deleted
