I am on ng+7 so I don't think this build will work in that diff considering most bosses one or two shot you without buffs.
This NG or NG+1 not sure. With Great Stats this tank build is very good even on NG+7

Most probably no. And I don’t think it’s possible somewhere except DS1, you can create tanky and durable character, but that’s all.
