  • In order to get the proper neck tension, and constant depth while turning case necks, you must trim the case for length, then chamfer and de-burr the case mouths.
    This process only needs to be re-done if the case overall length grows past the maximum allowed case length. Refer to Saami Specs for the cartridge you are reloading for thar information. Once completed, you can expect several reloadings for each case before this process has to be repeated.

    The cases will have a different weight after trimming. Should have trimmed first and weighed second. Oh well, back to the weighing in part one.

    Why not just get a 3 way trimmer bevel taper for your trim pro ?
