As someone's who's gone from a Beta to an alpha I can say that it's pointless using these techniques before you're actually an alpha, there's no way to fake good eye contact before you're comfortable with yourself. Being an alpha doesn't come by accident, it's not a natural state, humans are by nature very unsure of themselves, so don't think that by trying a few techniques you'll be able to fool the world into believing you have your shit together, it takes a lot of work. The work is getting to know yourself, working out why you're so unsure of yourself, working out why you're so co dependant, why pretty girls scare you so much, why you're so fearful among a lot of other things. Then once you've found the source of your fears you need to workout how to overcome them. Once you've conquered your self esteem, self worth, self confidence issues you'll be able to maintain eye contact without even thinking about it and you'll attract attention wherever you go.

I used to be extremely bad at eye contact. I spent like 20 years of my life looking down while talking, walking or during any other activity where other people were involved and never talked much.
I had problem looking people in the eye so I started by gazing not in their eyes but focusing at the center of their eyes, this way I wasnt making eye contact and they thought I was and even had a girl ask me out because I must've done something right there. After practicing it enough with lots of strangers I got no more problems with eye contact or talking with strangers or hot girls.

This is your best video imo because your vids tend to get a little repetitive although they are still great but this video is stuff that I've never heard before and now that I think about it, the reason it's so easy to distinguish alphas and betas through eye contact, and it seems pretty easy to have alpha eye contact if you have any confidence. Been waiting for an Eye contact video. I like the simplicity of it and I can attest that it really is just a constant repetition of the things you just said over and over again in a conversation. I have the habit of looking away right before I respond to someone, and then I come back to the gaze and yea it's a push pull after that with nods and squints to show my interest in their company, I notice some other men do the same thing, usually more physical, sexual men. I'm not sure why i'm seeing so many comments on the supposed uneffectiveness of eye contact and this video and I'm like what? Eye contact has been the deciding factor in wether a girl is attracted to me and treats me nicely and a girl treating me as if I didn't exist. Eye contact felt alien to me. I've been practicing it for the last couple weeks, and I definitely feel more comfortable. An intense eye stare that may intimidate them doesn't make me feel good because I feel like I'm making them uncomfortable. There's a trick if you think you're staring at someone for too long. Utilize the "face triangle." The face triangle consists of both eyes, and the mouth/nose. While listening or having a conversation, look in to one eye for about three to four seconds, then switch your gaze to the other eye for three to four seconds. Finally, switch it down to the mouth or nose for a few seconds, then back up to the eye.
What this does is it create an illusion of interest and paying attention, while also causing changes in where your eye is looking just enough to convince the other person you're not staring for too long at one spot.

One important mention missing..The eye contact should feel natural and not forced. If it feels unnatural, people will notice.
Gotta have charisma and a personality as well. Being a leader, stand in the face of tough situations. Eye contact is key when in confrontation, people can tell your not fucking around.

This is like the one thing that I'm naturally good at however when I moved schools the first thing I realised is that nearly none of my friends hold eye contact with anyone except other friends, especially with teachers. Whenever they ask a question they frequently look down or away and it's so awkward for the teacher, the friend and me if I'm sitting near them so please hold eye contact when asking questions
I started practicing eye contact just today am not gonna do the complicated stuff rn but I will when I feel comfortable to hold an eye contact
It’s real simple fellas. Workout, eat better, attempt to be more outgoing and friendly, and hope for the best. You CANNOT CONTROL WHETHER SOMEONE LIKES YOU OR NOT. I don’t care what anybody says. Put forth the best version of yourself that YOU can, and if it’s not good enough, then accept it and move on. All these alpha beta tips and “hacks” are horseshit.
