Everything this dude is saying is 100% correct. I used to be really timid and nervous around women and people in general. Over time I used my own little tricks and developed confidence. I did it on my own. Now when I walk I own it. When I enter a room I own the entire room. I view myself as the most important male in that room. Eye contact. Posture. Attitude. It works. Girls feed off of it. Weak guys will look at the ground. Hot girls will smile. This guy is on point, is what I want them to think. And over time you will become that way. It totally works. What I can tell you is that at first glance, with a stranger, the first one to break eye contact subconsciously becomes submissive. During a conversation, you want to hold eye contact for intervals of about 5 to maybe 7 seconds before is looks creepy. You sort of get a sense for these things as you go.

I trained myself by walking around shirtless during the summer as much as possible. It got to the point where i would do it more than I should because it felt comfortable. You shouldn't put thoughts of being something in your head...just train yourself to be comfortable in all situations.
This is so true. I started walking like an alpha 2 years ago. At first it felt weird and i often slipped into beta body language. But by time, without even thinking about it, i noticed that i’ve beginning to act like an alpha. Even my wit has improved just by changing my body language. Pertaining to the eye contact, when 2 Alphas make eye contact the way to show that you are the true alpha is to give them a subtle nod after about 3 seconds and WAIT for them to look away first. The subconscious effect of this is massive. AND if they give the subtle nod first, you will still win the alpha showdown by still waiting until they look away first. ALSO if this happens and you are in close proximity to each other, when you give the subtle nod be sure to say “supp bro.” It’s imperative so say those exact words but only if you’re in speaking distance from each other. And PS I can’t stress enough to make sure your nod is very subtle. Too big of a nod will come off as weakness and insecurity.

I already knew these from my observations over the years, why girls pick certain boys, why boys pick certain girls, what people define as difference between boy/man and girl/woman, what is attractive and us women has this description of attractive that we call "the it factor". We can't generally pinpoint what it is but he has it. And that it is confidence (because I figured it out years ago). So if a guy has this confidence he can be a jerk and still get the girl. And a man can be the nice guy but without confidence it won't trigger instincts the same way - if you want the type of woman that is looking for that type of man. Because guess what, men friendzones certain types of women too. Men don't know why but that type girl just doesn't cut it. I have been on both sides of the fence. And you can be alpha all you want but if you are still a bad seed then you are just full of yourself and cocky without the means to back up your claim. Lastly, if you are an alpha you can pick a beta and raise them to alpha. But you need to be alpha first in order to know what to raise in that person. This video isn't wrong, it's correct. I totally agree with you on the conscious/subconacious part. Yet you did not put habbits in the subconscious mind. Deleting old and bad and placing new and valuable habbits is what makes the difference in atttraction and success.
Alphas know when it's time to look away, normally it's because a Beta is trying to perceive themselves as an Alpha. I like giving them a little smile, it nearly always gets to them and can sometimes cause the funniest reactions. If you have the confidence and show it you do all these things naturally. So for the eye contact part: don't be the first to break eye contact, but if you don't break eye contact then you are creepy, and if you're an alpha then you will break eye contact sometimes even though an alpha never breaks eye contact.

I unintentionally do 90% of this. Also there's people I can't stand that I refuse to make eye contact with, unless I need to make a point or tell them to do something, then when I do make eye contact it usually shuts them down immediately.

I tend to maintain eye contact and always have a friendly smile on my face. I’m not trying to out dominate everyone I talk too but I don’t want to come across as weak either. I know when to break the eye contact and I can usually tell when someone I talk to is trying to hard. Trying to hard=beta male...
Not bad! I teach there principles on 1 at a very high level with very successful people and rate the quality of this to be fairly good. One or two things I'd do differently but pretty good.

They often sit with 'knee upon knee'--why? BECAUSE...sitting with your ankle on knee for long periods can cause knee and hip fatigue, even injury to those joints. I hardly think you would ever call one of those players 'beta'.

The subconscious effect of this is massive. AND if they give the subtle nod first, you will still win the alpha showdown by still waiting until they look away first. ALSO if this happens and you are in close proximity to each other, when you give the subtle nod be sure to say “supp bro.” It’s imperative so say those exact words but only if you’re in speaking distance from each other.

I already knew these from my observations over the years, why girls pick certain boys, why boys pick certain girls, what people define as difference between boy/man and girl/woman, what is attractive and us women has this description of attractive that we call "the it factor". We can't generally pinpoint what it is but he has it. And that it is confidence (because I figured it out years ago). So if a guy has this confidence he can be a jerk and still get the girl. And a man can be the nice guy but without confidence it won't trigger instincts the same way - if you want the type of woman that is looking for that type of man. Because guess what, men friendzones certain types of women too. Men don't know why but that type girl just doesn't cut it.
I have been on both sides of the fence. Being the discarded beta to the desired alpha can both suck.
