Oh wow! We have what appears to be the actual person given the ticket. I read your points and will give you some tips:
      1. Take all of this to court on your speeding ticket. Bring it all up to the judge/prosecutor if you think it helps your speeding ticket case.
      2. Just a heads up...the circumstances of your past traffic stops have no bearing on the violation in this stop.
      3. I promise you this officer does not need to be "re-tested." In fact, I would challenge you to let all of us know which specific tests this officer should be "re-tested" on. Please give names and details. Thank you!

I think its just easy to comply and answer honestly. There's no harm.
The only time I was asked that question (what are you doing?) it was from a Boston suburban cop, I told him I was delivering. He took my license and registration to run it (which I'm happy he did). I didn't violate any traffic infractions but this business asked the cops to ID anyone coming and going due to an increase in theft. The cops register the names and car info of all of the people who come and go into this establishment, which doesn't bother me at all. If your doing the right thing, it won't matter what your doing. Plus, I think they are trying to find the culprit. Not everyone steals from the same place, but if they got away with it, they might feel emboldened to try again
I showed him the delivery slip, dropped off the packages and was on my way to the next stop.

You don't have to answer, but officers are trained to continually ask for questions for officer safety. It distracts a person that might be planning to do harm.

I also think that it's an easy answer. "I'm doing Uber" ... "I'm delivering" ... "I'm on my way to work"... "I'm on my way to pick up my son from work"... "I'm on my way to the Whole Foods to pick up an Amazon package" ... it's simple. Now, if they ask to search your car that's a different situation

Next time a cop asks me that question my reply shall be, “I’m headed to the sperm bank…I have to make a deposit.”

No nonsense. Stick it to them. More people need to slow down and chill out.

Personally I think they should change the law to 3 months once you move to have your License changed to a Florida License. Because moving out of state is a big deal and can take a while to get things situated

Glad to see tickets are being given out instead of warnings, especially for habitual offenders.
