I didn't hear the cop mention how it's criminal to the speeder and threatened arrest, either cause the cop didn't or it was edited out. It's also a misdemeanor with a few hundred dollars, option of going to traffic school, paying the fine or going to court. He's also been stopped multiple times, not sure if that included a fine or just a warning. So is it really arrogance or just a system that won't do anything cause he's familiar with the system that won't do anything to stop his behavior?
The Driving instructor getting pulled over and not understanding a warning was priceless. He knows neither how to drive or what traffic laws are. No wonder we have so many bad drivers. The first thing I did when I was teaching my granddaughter was this, "don't give the police a reason to pull you over and drive safe".

Seat belts definitely lives. I'm a truck driver and was rear ended by another truck and pushed 50 feet into a work truck in front of me. Head immediately went back and forward. Just from hitting the seat, it took 2 days to recover from the shock...and felt nautious with a headache that night. If it wasn't for the seat belt, my head would've went into the hard steering wheel or my body would've went into the wheel or windshield. We need more cops like this out here because the roads are extremely aggressive and unsafe now days.
Funny story I never got in trouble but a few people called the cops on me 3 times. And the police understood and they asked me questions. Than after that they let me leave. I didn't get any warnings but only 1 very crazy lol 😆
Well done Officer Charni, so professional and doing your job with fairness and firmness. Come work here in the UK and show some of our cops how to interact with the public!

Well, I do agree with you however, you should ask questions like, what kind of rate are they using? Where were they sitting that type of thing in the court case?
Has anyone ever been passed by a high speed driver only to catch right back up to them at the stop light? Then the light turns green, and they're staring at a cell phone in their lap, so you honk? Happens everyday in up here in Oakleaf.

SEATBELTS DO SAVE LIVES! On rescue, I have seen horrible accidents….minor injuries! Without a seatbelt, I/we have had to pick up passengers who were ejected from the vehicle ie, thrown out of the car through the window!!! Drivers have broken their ribs around their steering wheel because of the violent forward movement suddenly stopping…remember those test dummies??? Take care of yourself. Think!
The guy going 93 had a really lucky day
I had one of those days recently. Exact same speed too. Drove away with nothing
Not really, he'll just keep speeding and might possibly hurt someone.

The arrogance of the BMW driver! Instead of recognizing that 106mph is criminal, he tries to blame someone else. What an immature loser.
One of the symptoms of narcissistic behavior.
