I like the "don't you have real criminals to catch?" ...Like, okay...so you don't want to police to enforce traffic laws until all other crime is eliminated?
Like seriously, what do they expect the officer to do, take back the ticket? Once it's written it's submitted to the courts, no take backs. Literally only way to fight a ticket is in court, no exceptions. Trying to fight it on scene is pointless. Pretty sure acting like this just guarantees that the officer will show up to your court date, maybe even with footage of the stop 😂
You can see the radar doesn't have a lock on 66. It shows the front radar (top left), the rear radar (bottom left) and the two fast and lock sections to the right of the front and rear radar. The speed technically wasn't locked on radar so it is plausible that he wasn't actually going 66MPH and he'll most likely be able to get out that ticket since there's no photo evidence of the locked speed on the stalker.
@ira88881 Fridays with Frank is a different youtube channel. Hes based in pinal county Arizona and he did a ride along with the coral springs police department a while back.
This Lt and Sgt I met up with, they were shocked when cars were violating the traffic in front of them, proving why I requested to meet up with them to show them the issues of this crazy intersection that has ongoing issues. I told them that even if there was a cruiser, they're just going to wait for the cruiser to be gone to do the infraction
“I’m doing my job correctly” I love that! Yes, to the Florida law he is. How people all over the country can be so dumbfounded by basic laws I’ll never know. I loved his answer.
I love this officer's approach. Doesn't argue or debate, simply informs them of what they are being charged with, tells them their options to pay or appear, and leaves.
Interaction with the 1st guy was unreal. But the cop played it right. You hand them the ticket and you walk away. You don't argue it. You leave before it gets out of hand.
Agreed with why aren't people pulling to a spot that is out of the traveled way (far right shoulder, parking lot, driveway,... ). Just safer for both you and the officer, knowing how distracted drivers can be. Some of them stopped in left turn lane or the right lane with no shoulder, or right turn lane.
A different state has different laws thing which to me has never ever made sense that you could have so many different laws based on what region you're in in the same country.

I didn't know what the registration thing was till I got married and my husband put it in our car. I asked about it and he explained it. Ohhhh! That's what they are talking about. 🙂
Half of the folks in FL put the new Registration sticker in the wrong place on the license plate. You routinely see folks with a registration sticker on each corner of the plate like they are displaying awards or something.
Glad you’re out slowing people down, seems like a lot of agencies in FL have given up on traffic enforcement, the amount of speeding and red light runners are crazy this day and age. Any way you can do an episode dedicated to red light runners?
Does coral springs not have a slow down and move over for emergency vehicles.....flying by Officer Valderrama while he's out with a perp. ?? Be safe Brother
The argumentative guy at the start of the video, this isn't courtroom in the road - if you don't feel you weren't speeding, fight it in court. I had a minor thing happen once, I didn't debate the cop on the side of the road. When I filed in court, the judge found in my favor. She was super kind and actually argued on my behalf factors that I didn't think of. She was like, "It was Saint Patrick's Day, a huge crowd, lots of confusion." LOL! I never thought of any of that when I just admitted to the infraction and gave her the details that led to the $50 ticket
I actually got pulled over for 60 in a 55 zone once. The officer did ask me why I was in a hurry and I told him I really wasnt, just got a little Complacent. We chatted while he was getting my information, and he said. "Slow it down and have a nice day". Never would I start out with " you must be bored". The officer should have said "here's your sign"!
Interesting how he always tells the cost of the ticket as many PDs will tell the people they don’t know & to contact the address/number on the ticket. That way does save arguments/outburst and people going crazy.
Good stuff. Sometimes giving no breaks to people is what’s needed to slow them down. I’m surprised the seatbelt ticket was so much but that should definitely teach him lol
Make sure your passengers in the back seat also wearing the seatbelt, last time I was with my friends and I am the driver (with seatbelt on), but two of my friends in the back with no seat belt (I didn't know), three of us all got tickets. Cop said driver is responsible the safety for all the passengers......
I guess it varies by state. Where I live, passing on the right is legal if the lanes are marked. I would think that a full prohibition on passing on the right is pretty unreasonable. Are you saying that if a person in the left lane is driving slowly, you just can’t pass them? Does all the traffic just back up behind them?
@@kenmohler4081 No, Slow drivers in the left lane should move to the right to allow faster vehicles to pass. The right lane is a slower lane and can't be used to pass.
Part of the reason I love Florida is because police are pretty chill with speeding down here, the most I speed is 15 over, and I haven’t been pulled over for it… yet. But yea damn near every Floridian speeds 😂
I have no problem with traffic enforcement but why do police insist they have to hide (sit behind grass, trees, and buildings) in order to better “serve us”. Wouldn’t it be safer to the public if they made there presence SEEN subsequently slowing people down keeping us safer. Obviously that would lower revenue for them which I think somewhat proves that it isn’t actually about safety but MONEY.
I was so excited to be a motor vehicle owner again that I forgot to put my seat belt on before I drove off the lot. I was seven miles down the highway before I realized and put it on, just damn glad I didn't get a ticket less than an hour after buying my Jeep. Stupid happens.
I wouldn’t talk to that Durango guy either… also VV having his door open while he’s on the mdt is freaking me out because people drive crazy and I’m imagining someone taking that door off

You guys are needed in Lakeland bad lol I seen a dude in front of a cop today doing 65 in a 45 change lanes in a intersection no blinker two other turn in non turning lanes lol
In Arizona they can’t pull you over for not wearing seatbelt, but they can cite you for no seatbelt if you get pulled over for another violation. But please use the seatbelts.
Here in Ontario,Canada , the car would have been impounded for 14 days and a license suspension for 30 days for 26mph/42 kph over the speed limit. also $2000 to $10000 fine plus court costs and fees.Impound charges are $150 minimum to $500 per day. You guys have it cheap. The cops and courts don't mess around here.
Isn't technology great? I always enjoy standing next to a car while the driver tries to find insurance somewhere on their phone.. So much easier to just have the paper in your car. This officer is great, btw.
Man this is backwards from where I work. Seat belt $166 and insurance $10? Literally the opposite. In Missouri seatbelt is a $10 ticket. I don't write/stop/bother with seatbelts because if you wanna be unsafe there's aboslutely no victim besides yourself. Now if your kids aren't buckled? Suuure you're getting a ticket 100%. But failure to restrain a child in a carseat or booster is more than the $10 aforementioned. Insurance is important as f**k. You get into an accident and you dont got insurance you're just screwing the other person over if you're found at fault. Insurance ticket is costly here. I wanna say two no insurance tickets and they'll suspend your license because of the points it adds. A lot of states can track your insurance through your plates and will suspend your plates if your insurance isn't active. Especially because it's never the 16 year old it's the 30+ year old doper in a sh*t box car who should have already had insurance on his last vehicle and can just transfer it to the new vehicle.
The ticket for insurance is only $10 if the driver provides proof that they had insurance at the time of the stop. If they can't prove that, then it's more.
American registration rules are just so different to ours in Australia. Here you buy insurance and registration together-you can't have one without the other. Secondly, most traffic cars, especially Highway Patrol units have ANPR so the computer shows whether a vehicle is unregistered or not before the police officer even punches in the details. You can cruise around in heavy traffic, and if the ANPR camera spots an unregistered car or disqualified owner the system will ping and the screen show a photo of the offending vehicle.
